United 777-300ER GE90 engine startup
Great stuff
Freshly painted as for the first time pre-delivery. Nice video.
This is no inaugural flight I'm sorry to break it for you. This plane hasn't been elected
Stunning my friend! I was at the Sunday show also and you got some of the supersonic and low passes from the jets that I didn’t! Great work! I also linked your video in the pinned comment of my video :)
Thank you!

@@theoregonaviation5 oh haha I forgot I wasn't signed in ok that account. Burch Aviation is just my aviation channel and where I actually post stuff, this is just my personal one
Nice job
Thanks man!
Judging by the way this took to the air I'd say it was lightly loaded so may not have been using full power, but even so those engines are whisper quiet.
B175E?👍🏻😎
So nice this monster. Nice white livery. 🤩💯
I can't wait to see its first commercial flight. 😊
I just flew on this last night.. So nice
Great video. ☺️ I just subscribed to ur RUclips channel. ☺️ I love these planes, The Boeing 777 is my most favourite type of aircraft ever built especially the Boeing 777-200ER's with the GE90 engines in the British Airways livery.
so this should be it after the 380 fiasco. two engines rule the sky.
But 7 years late
@@michaelshore2300 yep, takes a while to get anywhere
did they fix the hull cracking yet?
A white tail that means no customer or it’s original customer has rejected it
It’s a test livery, will be painted in customer livery when testing is complete
The first few are in Boeing livery’s next is in the livery of the first customer. The first three customers are not willing to take any planes until 2023 so there is no customer for this airplane
@@marcoducceschi3849 I literally work at the factory and this is the 3rd test aircraft. All of the original customers have orders still in place and the reason delivery was delayed was due to engine issues and then covid.
This is the 4th aircraft it was for a customer and in manufacturer the wing tips are painted before they are put on the aircraft on this aircraft they are white
Epic
that plane is so light on the take offwow
I was just curious, how many times the winglets was able to flip up and down as it was not a fixed winglets than it also opened a change of fatigue, or metal failure.
im sure they check for fatigue or metal failure. Plus i think if they have some sort of technology to try and stop fatigue. And i think if they do spot any signs of fatigue or metal failure they’d try and fix it
They don't move all that much compared to flaps, and flight control surfaces. Maybe even less than the landing gear depending on whether they will always fold them per protocol or not. That being said, processes for inspecting for wear are well established.
A350XWB>>>>>777X
Nah. The A350 is tiny and has higher casm than 777-9
wondering who this will go to eventually
If I remember correctly, the first 4 (all the testing aircraft) go to Lufthansa. I think the following 4 were Emirates, then 2 for ANA, and I don't remember after that.
@@jaredlazaron8414 first two are Boeing aircraft. WH003 and WH004 will go to Lufthansa.
I'd really like to see what the 777-9 would look like when placed side by side next to a 777-300ER.
They'd look almost identical until you notice some subtle differences
@@burchaviation4853 differences such as the 779 having bigger windows and being slightly longer than the 77W, not to mention larger engines and bigger wings. Plus the wings with the 777X are white like they are with the 787 while most plane wings are gray.
It's longer
@@iLoveBoysandBerries That it is! It’ll be the longest commercial jet ever built once it’s introduced unless Boeing releases the proposed 777-10X which is even longer still!😮
So quiet! Amazing....
Love that engine sound 😃

Hi Việt Nam rất vui được giao lưu kết nối 🤝 thanks
Have they ever tested in flight what happened if one or both of the wingtips folded? also have they ever tested the wingtip folded during takeoff? They definitely should test those situations even of the plane is not supposed to allow take off with wingtips folded.
It is not possible to take off with the wingtips folded. the plane won't allow you. also with the wingtips being hydraulics controlled rather than electronic controlled it operates like any other part of the wing so failure is very very very low. it locks into place when folded with 3 locking pins
@@opuadaonyemelukwe6865 nothing is impossible. every scenario needed to be tested
@@mingming9604 it has been tested
@@opuadaonyemelukwe6865 Would really be interested to see what they find out.
@@mingming9604 It will in fact fly with the wingtips folded. It makes the wing less efficient, but it will certainly still fly.
i ilke the all white livery!
Simplicity is beauty in my eyes...
What a fantastic aircraft! AirJunk is no comparison!
You mean EuroBus.
Airbus engineers have the greatest respect for the beauty that is the 777. But now shut up because there is no need to talk about who really is junk, and I'll spare you from MCAS jokes to prove how stupid your AirJunk joke is.
@@karim1485 airbus ran a campaign in early 2000s on why 4 engines is better than 2 because they were salty that the A340 was selling terribly compared to the 777. doesn't seem like respect to me
@@rv7w602 There is a difference between marketing and engineering. There is no need to argue, the 777 is a beautiful aircraft.
If I were to go to Dubai in future, I am gonna be surrounded by the folding wingtips of the 777, 777X, 787, A330neo, A350, and A380 of Emirates :D
the 777x is the only one with folding wingtips
I think he means he would be surrounded with planes that have nice winglets (although the 777 doesn’t have winglets.)
@@pefet1989 the wingtips are raked
A380 is a dying breed.....
Emirates has cancelled A330neo orders.
My, what big engines yous have.
That's what she said
Beautiful aircraft
I wonder what will happen if pilot attempts to take off without extending wings.
1. There will be a takeoff config warning. 2. There will be slight performance penalty.
@@nightflyer3242 slight?
I think the pilot can´t pedal to the buttom, unless wingtips are extended.
@@WhereHeroesDies what do you mean pedal? what does it have to do with the rudders?

Nice Video! Is Paine Field easy to get to?
First Xperiences Aviation & Travel yes. Alaska Air does commercial flights out of Paine Field (or at least before COVID) and the Museum of Flight parking lot over looks the runway that 777-9 was using
