Sir I think when capacitor voltage will become less than 5V then the zener diode will also turn off hence the limit of integration will be till the time when capacitor voltage becomes 5V not till infinity. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

for D2 diode v2 is cathode and v3 is anode so , vd2 should be vd2 = v3-v2 which is greater then zero but you mention vd2 less than zero @ 9:42
