You need to switch gears at 3700-4000 rpm never let the engine go to 5k rpm!

Quietness over 200 km/h speed and 0-200 kmh are rather impressive. In 100-200 km/h clip, it sounded like the suspension bottomed out for reason or other. This did not cut the wings on rumours that the battery of new Model 3 Performance overheats after 5 to 10 minutes in max speed/acceleration. I drove A7 all the way from the north border to Ulm, averaging 150 km/h in diesel Passat already 25 years ago (south of Hannover 180 km/h). There are probably less unrestricted legs nowadays, though.

I don't know where these ridiculous 460hp claims come from. The old one was 460 and Dyno shows over 500hp at the wheels. New one is way faster and people really sticking with 460hp? When have you felt a car THAT fast with 460hp AND that heavy. Anyone with half a brain knows the new model 3 performance is pushing close to 600hp. It runs a bloody 10.75 quarter mile with 1740kg. Come on let's get real here.

I did 180 too but on the GPS, autobahn 73 to Cuxhaven, with unmodified 75hp 9N TDI, probably 185 on the speedometer. Very close to the engine ruptor point. It took about 5 km to reach that speed on flat terrain.
