the way mariah keeps breaking it makes me laugh cause everyone including the music and the cast pause to make sure they are cool and back in character before continuing.

With everyone commenting on the pentagram movement, I feel it important to highlight each Lord in Black’s opening movement. Pokotho opens with the alternating hand and hip movement, as if he’s pondering his drama mask and then whatever he’s gonna do with his free hand, like say, call down an infected meteor. Bliklotep opens with the sweeping movement, hands shaped like an eye, which speaks for itself. T’noy Karaxis opens with the bowing motion, which is definitely mocking Ted, who’s probably still in that damn box of his. Nibblenephim opens with the hand swiping motion down his face, seeing as he’s a hungry boy and therefore wants something to lick like a lollypop. Wiggog Y’rath opens with the hunched over arm dangle motion, which I assume are just meant to represent his tentacles. And the reason the dances are passed around is, I assume, because the Lords in Black aren’t picky about their methods and would happily copy each other’s homework if it meant getting what they want.

I’ve watched the pro shot (more times than I care to admit) but seeing the full stage shot of this song particularly is so cool cause you get to see all of the dance exchanges and the characters reaction to what the Lords in Black are saying and I love it!!!

I think it’s very good and nice to see where the lords in black are standing on stage but I almost like the pro shot more because it feels more chaotic and crazy and makes them scarier to me

I know I’m late but I like the concept that Peter is watching as Tinky is getting closer to him. I mean he did said early that he is going to have the whole set in his toy box. Meaning that once they start talking about sacrificing Peter, it excites Tinky because he finally gets to have another Spankofkis.

I can’t believe I just noticed this but when Stephanie, Grace and, Peter are reading from the book the background singers are encouraging them to complete the ritual by telling them what name to say next, this is more obvious when they pause before saying Wigglys name. The background singers sing the rest of the Lords In Blacks names in order but they repeat Wigglys name three times when Steph, Grace, and Peter pause.

This is really interesting because on the filmed version, they keep cutting between the Lords as they converse between themselves, hardly ever showing the trio. It works well to show that the Lords in Black simply do not care that much about the lives or anything to do with the people who summoned them - they can ignore them as much as they want, and joke about inside references like "What do you want steph?" without any fear of repercussions. But here, the cinematography is obviously just one all-encompassing shot. Instead, you get the real notion that they have surrounded the trio, and that their decision to summon them is inescapable. I am normal and sane, why do you ask?
