Brilliance at the Basics | 17th Sergeant Major of the Army, SMA Michael R. Weimer.
CSM Nauman was my BN CSM at 15th MI. A leader that actually cares about Soldiers. Even got after it at PT which is a rare thing to see these days.
I never pass an opportunity to hear from these two military leaders. Cannot hear enough about their experiences or the wisdom they dispense.
Thank you so much for supporting them. They are truly phenomenal leaders. Please share and subscribe.
@yournextmission what a great idea. Since I can follow directions as well, they are shared via my LI and FB.
Great video. I’m prior military and I just started looking into CAP today. Is this something I can do with my 12 yro child?
Happy 4th of July 2024! I spent time in front of a US Veterans Monument yesterday reflecting on our lives, our sacrifices and our commitments to our brethren and most importantly to our Nation. I am a DEER and my commitment to My Nation has not unwavered. Happy 4th of July once again. I will start a portfolio of our government seals and our monuments as I move around in NYC.
One of your best interviews!
It's all about the All American who make up this Greatest DIVISION,true Americans willing to sacrifice for this country, their families, and all others,STRIKEHOLD brothers,America First.
Nba sorry.
Jaylen brown, NFL GOAT
Still after almost 20 years of being Retired I find myself not walking into a building with a hat on and correcting those that do, telling folks to drink water, etc.
MY HIGHEST RESPECT...I SALUTE YOU... Love from AUSTRALIA 🦘🦘🦘 DrEva
Horrible to be a disabled veteran
That's why he's a CSM.
Completely agree!
Lack of care fact: officially there were around 1000 fraggings in the US Army during the Vietnam War...
Y I K E S !
I'm completely lost here. "First layer of bricks" is training lethal Soldiers and lethal leaders? Man, what happened??
Gawd bless Murica 🤓 🖕
All honorably discharged veterans should get E-1 base pay for life or their disability rating, whichever is higher. All 100 percent P&T should automatically get SSDI
Adults need villages too! That is for sure the most important part of being successful in this military lifestyle. Well done, Brittany! Great dialogue!
Any veteran who has served their country deserves top shelf medical care and support for life. Not negotiable.
you’re doing bad
Caring for the soldiers is necessary and important coz they give their one life to serve and protect the people and the nation.
We appreciate you SSG Raines!
There's desire and then there is ability... Tactical AND TECHNICAL ability... Your comment about... Math... Granted your job probably requires the ability to dance the dance regarding politics, definitely, beyond me and my antipathy / ambivalence / indifference for it...
I came in as a specialist and left as one... Usually choosing second shift or midnight shift if I could... But I was quite... technically proficient and... responsible...
When I was processing out of the army back in 1992 the people who were doing the out processing actually told me that I didn't have any health care after I got out , it was 10 years later after my uncle talked me into it that I signed up for VA health care , I know a lot of veterans who still haven't because they were told the same thing or they decided to go national guard or reserves after getting out and losing their benefits.
Bring back the beer on division runs
I don't care what your pronouns are...therfore I must be a bad leader...gotcha.
Professional caring is babysitter..... have you seen the stats on that? Never mind. He reminds me of another, I wouldn't mind asking him, directly few questions. In double Faraday.
UNDERSTOOD
My AIT instructor told my class don't fall for this myth. The military doesn't need you.
We love you sooo much ❣️ Thank you for your service. I am so sorry you were lied to and abused by your own country. I feel horrible that our government spends money on other nations and illegals....and provides YOU, our BELOVED Veterans scraps and broken systems. I am ashamed of my country for the disrespect shown to you....OUR HEROES !!!!
Caring does not mean being soft. It means pouring real knowledge, real information and skills into our future Soldiers. Too many leaders only care about their OERs/NCOERs and leave their Soldiers behind. Develop, train, retrain till you have Soldiers who can take your place one day. Lack of leadership is the number one reason I've seen Soldiers get out. Don't waste their time. Their best moments shouldn't just be when they got drunk.
In the realm of Control Engineering a more thorough granular base level viewpoint is the sensors, processors and actuators at your disposal to accomplish your goal(s)... helps add perspective to finding things you might have... Missed... In my particular case I was told I wasn't "pretty" enough to be / stay in the ARMY...
Yeah sgt jones, and cpt greene imagine if you actually cared.
Yes! Great video SMA
Wow!!! Just unbelievable! Powerful!
Thanks for your show. Learning to fit in as a senior citizens in the civilian world is tough . I feel the Army is a family in itself. My goodness there is a comrandery in the military. Thanks for all you do.
I dad soldier Vietnam I thank you for service

You are incredible, men who make a difference in the Army, 💝💎❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸👏👏
Worked at the V.A. and dealt with these guys at the D.O.D. sites...consistently PROFESSIONAL!!!
Yeah but you are held back. Body Language. Train em.. Then let them loose.. You know you believe the same.
Cadet here, I love the Civil Air Patrol and look forward to doing my part for this great country.
All the Way, Sir!
Been there and had multiple horrible experiences. I found it to be a system bloated with administrative staff and quite frankly marginal doctors at best. They had a staff of 6 doctors in a week couldn’t figure out my gallbladder was inflamed and full of stones. I went to an outside family doctor who diagnosed me in 5 minutes. I’ve seen suicidal patient get arrested and thrown into the county jail instead of being treated. The only reason he was agitated was because of a reaction from withdrawal from his psychiatric drug that his doctor stopped for no reason. Once back on Cymbalta he was fine. I could go on and on with more horrible experiences I’ve personally witnessed as I tried to get care there over the years. So NO, the VAMC system is not fine. If you have an alternative use it instead. At the first sign of trouble, RUN, do not walk, and leave ASAP!
Sorry to hear about your experience.
Can you shoot me an email at smatilley@yournextmission.org Send me specifics details and we will share this with the VA.
Thank you for your service 🙏😊🇺🇲 greetings from the Nederland 🇾🇪 💞
