Matt & Sarah, I’m here to say my son was born with many different abilities that require extremely expensive medications 10 different medications each costing $400+ a month! Not to mention his orthotics for his legs and his wheelchair and his weekly shots and the hundreds of surgeries that he’s had! I’m just saying that I completely understand what it’s like having a child with different abilities!

I work in the foster system. It’s ridiculous that they were allowed to foster that many children. They also get more money for fostering kids with special needs. In Missouri through the agency I’m with it’s like $65 per day per kid.

I was adopted and I can tell you it’s extremely easy to be adopted when you are part of a church. The parents are only investigated to the extent of giving money to the church

Ssi along with government stipends like va disability are not taxable. I receive va disability and I know there is a way to do taxes if that is your only income but I haven’t a clue how and really it would just be for a refund

I am just trying to emphasize that if I go to a ball park in New Jersey for a little league ball game (5-6 years old). Those kids will have a New Jersey accent. If they come from an Italian family, they will know the language. Sorry, this girl has worked too long in law enforcement. I do find this story interesting.

I thought the same thing. Vince and his daughter Mackenzie are the only reasonable people in this scenario. Maybe Beth Karas the legal analyst as well. I think the mom Nicole was so wrapped up in her own narrative, traumas, and perspective she couldn’t see how her berating Natalia was going to backfire.

I live in New England and i can attest to the alcohol culture. My husband was a pretty extreme alcoholic. His friends refused to not drink when he was around, because that was "His problem" pretty sad. They arent friends anymore.

This poor girl learned to survive !!!! My God, she was brought to the US after being taken from her mother then thrown away by the first family or more likely sold. The you can watch that Barnett woman would make her stand for hours against a wall. When she had an accident she was severely punished by Christine. She was so mistreated on camera as a small child not understanding why. You are like so many that Blame the victim because you can't understand her reactions to things.

I had heard of this story before but only on the surface. Then I was watching ID on Sunday and there was one of the older episodes and I watched that and the “next on” was interesting enough to watch last night. One thing is for sure, the good stuff was NOT all in the trailer, I was glued to the TV instead of having it on in the background! I’m not sure I believe anyone anymore. Natalia has such a strange affect to her speech and doesn’t really shed tears when she’s crying, and yes Matt, Michael is just weird in so many ways, very smug looks oftentimes. I’ll be glued to the TV again tonight and I do hope that you will do an update episode!
