Some of those empty spots are very sus including that crack in the wall on the beach.

the sandy plateau and the bridge area are far too small compared to the other board icons. but the crack in the wall definitely is SOMETHING. it would be very weird if nintendo is just keeping one MP3 retro board hidden and that’s it; so I think it may be something else.

Whether your theories are true or not, I feel like Nintendo is doing Mario Party 3 dirty and it’d be nice to have just one more board from that game. Chilly Waters please! 🙏🏻

My hope for Jamboree is that it gets support after release like Super did and it isn't just shelved upon launch. For boards, I just want two MP3 boards considering we only got one in Superstars, so adding two to Jamboree will make it even. My hopes for boards are Deep Bloober Sea and Chilly Waters

Oh god, this is KevRa all over again! We're obviously not getting any more boards than the 7 we already have! If we were, Nintendo would have already announced it by now! Now if we do end up getting more stuff, it'll probably be more characters, like Diddy, Dry Bones, & Hammer Bro! I highly doubt that will happen though!

I think we could get 1 more board and from Mario Party 3. It is indeed a bit odd that there is no board from the 3rd entry and the crack on the wall is indeed quite suspicious....

I dont see any more boards to be added as either unlockable or DLC since we are close to the next gen console to be unveiled so the only way DLC to happen is IF the next gen console get a delay to be released in a future date than its currently planned and we still get more 1st party Switch titles to be all of released next year THEN DLC COULD happen.

I’m leaning to theory 2. I think those extra areas aside from the beach area are too small for new boards and after Super and Superstars decided to not do DLC, I think what we see is what we get for boards. Those areas just strike me as set dressing, making the island look a bit bigger and more visually interesting than it would without them. Though I don’t think we should count DLC out altogether. After all, Nintendo and Nintendo Cube might have seen the push for Superstars DLC and, with how this game’s budget looks to be bigger- maybe they allotted some funds for DLC? And I also don’t think we should rule out GameCube boards as options, considering we’ve seen a decent number of GameCube mini games returning. Like, I’d love to be wrong about no DLC or secret boards. I’d also just love more characters to be added post launch, like Diddy Kong. And maybe Blooper’s return. But what we have already is really solid and I can’t complain with what we have on display.

I would definitely like to see a board from Mario Party 3 return in this game, especially since we're getting Mario's Rainbow Castle and Western Land in this game already. If I had to choose a board from that game to return, I'd choose one of these 3: Chilly Waters, Creepy Cavern or Waluigi's Island. With what we're getting already as far as boards, these 3 would make the most sense to me. Also, can I say it's absolutely insane that they're making Western Land and Mario's Rainbow Castle unlockable boards in this game when they were immediately playable boards in the games they first appeared in. There's something about that to me that isn't right.

That crack is definitively suspicious. About shipwreck, I know that is place only for boards, but reminds me about Mini-Game Island mode like MP1? Idk about plateau and the bridge área.

I got Canary Mary’s jiggy and cheato page rematch on the first try so I honestly don’t know what your talking about 🤷 Just spam for a while and then tap it slowly… the developers made it so that Canary Mary would match your pace so you shouldn’t spam too often or early (only when she gets close to being behind you). Then, when she passes you at the end, kick it into overdrive.

Honeycomb Hive and Super Nintendo World are both PHENOMENAL ideas for tracks. Both really creative/original while still keeping to the spirit of Mario Kart.

This looks really good! My Only minor complaint is that there isn’t Wario Colosseum which is a fan favorite. But at least there is N64 Wario Stadium. And at least Luigi finally gets a Race Course in the Game.

The craziest thing about this whole story is that NDCube saw this lawsuit and decided "yeah let's bring these games that got Nintendo sued back, what could go wrong." (And they're all bad anyways so why did they bring them back)
