One of the things I discovered was that the lightning dog will sometimes do a headcrab-like attack (where it latches onto your body and you need to shoot it). The fun fact about this is that if you've *never* had a headcrab do this to you before, and the lightning dog does the mentioned attack and you shoot it off of you, Russel will chime in with his post-headcrab attack dialogue even though his signal is scrambled thanks to the lightning dog.

19:15 weird bug with the elevator in the room with the 2 lightning dogs i cant remember exactly how it works but i think if you jump into the elevator with smooth movement you can end up bugging out and the elevator leaves without you and you get softlocked if i end up playing the game again ill make a video on it and or update this comment
