Hi @staceyyanz thanks for watching. The best way to get to Unico is with their transfer services. I know it may seem a bit odd at first, I felt the same way. All-inclusive hotels only “include” private transfers when you stay in their most expensive suites and rooms. Like many other all-inclusive hotels, Unico’s transfer services are handled by a third party company. This is why they run shared shuttle services with a few stops in other hotels. Now, if you arrive and there are no other guests arriving soon, then they will take you to the hotel. This why we were the only ones in our transfer to and from Unico. Hope this helps! Hi! We’ve never experienced Xcaret Arte during new years. But I do know the hotel puts together a firework show and I’m sure they’ll throw a massive party with great food! I do suggest you do this the day you arrive once you've been check-in and have been given the room. For the excursions, tours, parks, and other activities: You should've gotten a wishlist from the guest experience team at Hotel Xcaret Arte. With the wishlist you can reserve restaurants, parks, tours, and you'll also share your flight information with them, so they can plan your airport/hotel bus transfers. If you haven't received it, you can call the hotel with your booking code and ask for it. Hope all of this helps and if you need anything else, just let me know! Safe travels! Hi, @Biohazard318 Thank you for watching! I think the cheapest way to do this would be using public transportation...it will be a very long trip though. You have to take two different buses. Your best bet is to take a bus that drops you off at Miami International Airport, and from there take the bus that drops you off at the mall. This is going to take you roughly 2 hours. But if you take an Uber or Lyft, you'll probably be there in 40 mins more or less. Hope this helps!

Honestly, Curacao has great weather year round. From a cost perspective, I’d say May through November is a bit cheaper, since most people in the north want to scape the winter between December and April. This applies to most of the Caribbean. Hi @onnfo1777 thank you for watching and the support! So when we purchased the tickets (before the route opened up) for some reason, the seats were not included with the fare we bought. We had some issues with the online check-in, and we kept getting an error message saying we needed to see a gate agent to complete the check-in. However, on my return flight from Bogota, we were able to choose our seats with the app. Yet, we still needed to see a gate agent to complete our check-in.
