Love the idea of the workout tracker!! I use to use it as gratitude but then moved to a journal lol I may borrow your idea. New to your page and I also use my hobonichi for memory keeping/journaling.

Second vidéo i watch of you, to the end. I love love love looooooooove it. I was always afraid of a daily hobonichi but you give such great idea like the CD, the little closet or even the « screen shots of your conversation ». I have never thought of all these things. I am used to fill composition notebook, Lynda Barry’s style ( if you don’t know her books, you will love them for sure !), now you make me consider hobonichi for next year, showing me it can be simple and lots of fun

If someone doesn’t, I suggest they move on 😅 I’m in an A6 Avec and I like the two books, as in July you get to start a brand new book and tbh the book was quite full! I’m wondering about the A5 Avec for 2025 but don’t live a busy live and I’m not sure I’d have enough to write to fill it. The A6 is a bit small - although soooooo cute - I can only document a couple of things and no space for photos etc. Hmmmm 🤔 Oh nearly forgot… ☕️🤣

Hi! First time finding your channel, loved the tour! I love seeing the cousin as a life archive and your style is so fun and scrappy and you can really see how much it helps you to keep your memories. On the Avec problem: I used to get these thin sketchbooks that I just loved the paper and cover of and were easy to carry around but they only had 32 pages (64 double sided) but I was used to having sketchbooks with like 80+ pages. And I liked having certain time periods together on the shelf or certain projects all connected. What I ended up doing is once they were finished I would join books together with two rubber bands by looping it around the back cover of the first and the front cover of the second. One band would go up to the spine, nice and secure and the second closer to the edge to make the covers act like one page. Maybe this could be a solution for the eventual storage of the avecs. One book on the shelf but during the year a bit more manageable?

I tried doing pages like yours but my brain was not braining and it couldn't comprehend what was going on. Does that make sense?😂

On that intro to the next month I do some sort of seasonal or event that represents the month- sometimes as simple as a pic from a magazine or colors or a drawing (I’m not one who draws well at all but who cares)!

I don’t mind getting asked for an emoji but tbh I rarely comment regardless. That said! I haven’t had a Cousin but I do have an original that I for sure chonk up and at this time of year I just bend the pages back to get a flat surface. I have seen somewhere on the official Hobonichi site that bending the pages back works for a lot of people. One of my favorite things about their products is their durability!

I always think people want to know who stayed around till the end, and I let them know, it’s me😂 ! With the emoji … sometimes you don’t know what to comment so it makes it easy to comment that . Also I love your chaos ! I’m not a journal girlie but I just LOVE listening to journal girlies yapping non stop about their stuff. So to me all the names sound familiar but idk what they are and what they are supposed to be used as , so for anything showing personality is very interesting. All this to say who cares how one uses their books for .. I’ve seen some Korean scarpbookers just stickerbomb full spreads in hobonichi ( idk what type it was ) and to me it’s all entertaining. Also does this grant person post journal stuff on ig or RUclips and could you give their @ .. because I love adding those circle stickers in my sketchbooks too ! It’s totally my thing!

Re: the comment you had at the front, I LOOOVE watching people who plan/memory keep differently from me. Colorless aesthetic planner girlies are a time a dozen. This makes for a way more interesting flip-through.
