We’re currently in the process of buying a doer upper. Our budget is also £50,000. It was really good to see your breakdown, particularly as we intend doing many of the jobs that you have done. We also plan a 20sqm single storey extension - but gradually realising this may be unrealistic with our budget.

Great insight. We are potentially buying a bungalow which will need gutting. Full re wire new kitching hopefully get an en suite put in. Walls moved. Doors moved. I was wondering why it took 18 months was this because you did a lot of demo yourselves? I was hoping we could do ours in 2-3 months. Bow I'm not sure

Beautiful home only thing I feel would add to it is some cream beige tones in some areas it will really add dimension and goes beautifully with natural wood elements. But its stunning well done ❤
