The song is so profoundly expressive and concise, focusing on those moments in love when we self-reflect. Questioning where we are in a strong bond, and what our love means to our significant other. Powerful. But, dude, what a shitty mix!
Dang the way Eddie play 😢 I love him ❤😢
Wow.. we grew up fkn rock n roll..I miss Eddie Van Halen.❤😢
Never cared for the Sammy era. Way to polished for VH.
From the first time I heard them,,,they were the best !! Thanks guys!! ❤
I miss this time in my life…. Well, i miss the music!
THey both look like brother don't they 🤣Eddie & Dave
Worst Van Hagar album . And its all Hagar's fault . He lied blaming Ray Danniels for the break up . Not the case . Sam's attitude changed when his tequila and Cabo Wabo biz . Then he started bossing Edward around enough to really piss him off . Whatever Sam said, ended their friendship .
Eddie could play anything. RIP
What is w6oth the wedding ring on the wrong hand?
Incredible. Would do anything to go back in time.
Horrible horrible horrible
Overated for sure
From “my love is rotten to the core” to this horseshit. BARF!
It’s no wonder Valerie loves Eddie so much. ❤
So good then, So good now.🌻❤️
I don’t think I’ve ever heard an applause like that for any other musical act on any late night show.
Eddie died from throat cancer from smoking.Sad😢
MY HEART LOVES ALL OF THEM.EDDIE AND VALLIE ALWAYS LOVED EACH OTHER TO THE END.A REAL LOVE.❤❤
EL EGO DE EDDIE ES MUY GRANDE POR QUÉ NO TUVO NUNCA UN TECLADISTA ESTABLE EN LA BANDA Y SE DEDICA A SU GUITARRA COMO CORRESPONDE
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard this song was written for Sammy's ex wife Betsy.
Van Hager was the best. Great songs and music Incredible. Real band.
How much Van Halen can I get? Not Enough
everyone in this video excellentwast eddieespecially wewhom immenselymiss
5150❤for Ed
Yikes, turn off the flange, Eddie. Garbage FX.
Anyone who hates on the “Sammy” era is really hating on Ed. Ed wrote all the music. He evolved from the early vh days and had music to get out. Music that didn’t seem to fit with DLR. When VH1 came out, they were young and taking names. Ed was ferocious and playing with the power and angst of his age. He grew and had something else to get out. Sammy connected with that. Hate all you want on this time. But some great songs came from it. Appreciate it for what it was. What it wasn’t was a competition. RIP King Edward. Thank you for ALL the music.
Sammy Hagar stinks and this song is trash !
Awesome... nice gig❤
Love it❤
This is a fake
They definitely dont make them like they use too
Van Halen forever!!!
2024 and I'm still enjoying this song... Not Enough. ❤
FANTASTIC,SAMMY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN DLR,PERIOD 🎤🎸🎼🎶🥁🎸EDDIE TRYING NEW SOUNDS,THATS WHY EDDIE WAS THE ONE TO TAKE THE GUITAR TO ANOTHER TIME ,BEYOND WHAT WE KNOW!GREAT BAND OF WONDERS!🎸🎤🥁🎸🎼🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶👍✌️😎.R.I.P.EDDIE 😢!
❤🎉🥁🎸💥🔥
Listen to that Eddie/Alex beauty. Best ever…. Ordained by God.!
The good ole days
" ol' ", not "ole".
@ really ? That’s your comment. Geeze someone is bored
@Joe-oo3xv Really? That's YOUR response? Gee, someone REALLY isn't very bright. Also, it's "jeez". That makes you 0-for-2, Scarecrow.
@ yeah. I’m concerned about your opinion. You must have little man syndrome to be so concerned about someone’s grammar on here. Get a life bro. 😎
Miss this show 🔥 🔥 🔥❤
Not only was Eddie The Greatest but He Also Created The Greatest Sound As Evidenced by The Impeccable and Iconic Sound of This Lead. He sure was amazing. ***** What Made All of Those Guys Great Was They were all so competitive back than because of all the talent. What that did was as a direct result made everyone if those guys better players and musicians. *** They were all Tone Chasers Searching For The Perfect Tone. Time is slightly over half the battle. To be a great player and sound moderate/shitty is counter productive and counter intuitive and The Van Halen Brothers and The Band Itself Were Having Nothing to do with mediocrity. They learned how to do it properly from their Father and Mother and upholding their Family Legacy was a huge priority and importance. NOTE::: These guys were no accident. Their success was worked for and planned and prepared. Their legacy goes back further than the eye can see and mind can think. Their tradition is enriched and deep. ❤ Metal_"Kev"310
Can't help myself to feel sad seeing this. Although the amazing band that we all still love. People won't live forever, time is inexorable, but great music isn't.
Watching this today makes me appreciate being able to see them live so much more. Ed was such a force .
Alex in the back looking like DeNiro in Jackie Brown.
The best formation from Van Hallen
the best
I imported the Japanese cd of this album to get Crossing Over. Only had one kid in the cover because the original cover was 'offensive'. I've NO idea why they put Doin Time and Strung out on instead!?!
Eddie was too loud. Killed the vocal. Overplayed and that flange didnt fit the song...after the piano intro. Looks like Eddie and Sammy weren't getting along.
How’d you figure all of that out?
From a hard rock band to a wedding band!
I keep thinking about the melodies that Eddie must be composing in heaven... this was without a doubt a genius... eternal light and gratitude for the compositions...
The peak.. Down hill from here.. 😢
