Hey, sorry, I’m not a figure skater, so all I can tell you is that this is a robust skate that has never failed me. Personally, I would have thought a skate with smaller wheels and lower centre of gravity might better mimic ice skating?

@@RichHayterSkater Thanks and I believe you are right. I just don't have budget for another skate with smaller wheels😅. I've been doing tons of one leg jumps on the 900 and no problems so far. It just takes getting used to from my smaller wheel skate that I've exchanged for the 900.

Gently. When you feel comfortable on both skates, practice parallel turns -these will encourage you to use your edges, both inside & out- then you can begin to balance on one skate. 👍

Have never tried Micro skates, but these are probably quite similar. The F4 come with abec7 bearings, where the Micro have abec5.

I would go with 44. This is what I did.

Insta360 OneR. It’s an older version but it works well, aside from the lens cover scratches!

Ha! These are not leg warmers but I can see why it looks that way! 😂 This is the liner and the cuff. I’ve replaced the original liner with an Intuition Premium, which extends higher from the boot and offers more support.

But they can also be a feature that adds variety to your flow. Thanks, Amigo! 🙏 Here’s my take on the differences between the Parallel & the Power stop. The Parallel requires both skates to be sliding while remaining parallel to one another; the intention here is to slide. The Power stop does not require parallel skates, and although there is likely to be a degree of slide, the intention here is to stop. Others may have them own opinions, but this is how I see it.

What he s doing is not a powerstop . Powerstop you havr to start Monoline with your strong foot forward. And then push on Toe, and then slide on the other. Powerstop is not recommanded in High speed ! (You could break your arm). Its mostly use for Urban skating to avoid getting into someone. Its rhe fastest way to stop. Good skater combine, magic slide/ powerstop or even Parallel/ powerstop

@todt_Praha I am no expert, but what you are describing sounds like a power slide, where only one skate slides. With a power stop, both skates should drift a little before coming to a stop.

I’ve been rolling them for about 6 months; they have a few scuffs on them now, but there is no wear to the inner liner. These are the most comfortable skates I’ve ever had!

I agree. In the video I actually state this as a ‘sliver lining’ to having this type of axel. 👍

@RichHayterSkater I just bought the Powerslide Next Charcoal 4 x 90 in size 44-45 but a real struggle to get them on!!! The Oxelo MF900 are real good value for the money! I don't think that the Powerslide skates are much better the Oxelo especially considering the price I paid for the PS. 290 euros! Going to return but going to order a pair of Myfit liners that come with the Powerslide skates. They fit perfectly in my Oxelo MF900. Going to return the Powerslide skates and keep my Oxelo MF500 and MF900.
