Good point! The "Peer Review" process among professors that continues to cause so much discrimination within Academia can now be best rivaled by the "Live Chat"...when there is a collective agreement to what is responsible responses to what is being said and/or done. For example, The Apollo Theatre was definitely a precursor of African-centered "peer review". At the Apollo, the key to Excellence became quite clear visually and audibly....and when necessary, there was that dastardly physical "Hook"! 😅 Today, what is our "hook" to our understanding, demonstration, and preservation of our Excellence? As Dr. Carr so passionately reminds everybody... and I loosely paraphrase, "It cannot be just about the celebration of a few 'token celebrities' into the big house!
