lol, yeah for me I wasn’t expecting to catch any turtles, that’s why I put that in the title. I was hoping to catch all the fish you mentioned. I did catch a few of what you listed in the other 2 parts of that series. Thank you for watching

Lol, look at rivers on the rule book at site specific regulations, it doesn’t say anything about using 2 rods. All other locations say 2 max. I also talked to a DNR officer and he said I was legal. Thanks for watching

I’m sure the carp are fine I’m releasing. They are invasive technically, most people usually cut the gills and throw them on the bank. Thanks for watching

I wanted to, but it’s on border waters of Minnesota and Wisconsin, and wasn’t sure about what state rules I could use. In Minnesota you can’t use gills as bait. The guys I met with were telling me you can’t use it for bait, not sure if they were right cause we were on border waters. Thanks for watching

lol yeah, I think we pick an off weekend for fishing. We did do better on the last day we were there. Part of it was while I wasn’t recording unfortunately. They have a facebook page the float, and the bite has really picked up recently. I see people with stringers of walleyes and coolers of catfish. Thanks for watching

I also I heard they're good to eat, and they said the same though real tough to clean. The guy I talked to said he uses cutting shears up the back, to clean the gar. Thanks for watching

Yeah we stayed 2 nights on the float, have enough footage to make 3 videos. Wasn’t the greatest time for fishing in general, but it was a blast for going on a fishing trip. Thanks for watching bud.

Nope, you can fish from 7am-6pm for 25$ I payed 150 for the 2 days 2 nights on the float. Pretty sure he drives the trolly boat to shore every hour. Thanks for watching

@geraldgreen3242 oh nice, I hear there is a bunch on the Mississippi River as well. They might be all north, but I’m not sure. My first time on it. It was a lot of fun. I really started to dial it down at the end of the trip.

What gar? That’s insane. I can see the alligator gar, but I don’t know about the short nose, long nose, or spotted gar. But you could be right

That’s what I’m guessing as well. If paddle fish can jump like that. It kinda also looks like that.

I use a pack bait with a boilie, I plan on doing a video soon of how I make my pack bait, and the rig I use.
