Not consider as a trek, as it has proper stairs and within 15 to 20 mt. you will reach top. The main reason of this fort to visit is, it's a birth place of great King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Buddhist Caves and other Remnants of past you can see without much effort of lengthy trek.

You need to carry Jaggery with you and give to the Pandit, he'll get it blessed with Lord Hanuman and return back.
