Hi everyone! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to create a new Christmas Special this year because I was diagnosed with a pretty rough case of bacterial pneumonia and a sinus infection, which kept me down throughout November and into December. Looking back on last year’s special, I rushed to finish it on Christmas Day, and as a result, I didn’t get a chance to be as thorough with it as I wanted. It ended up being WAY longer than it needed to be and I wasn't super happy with the final product. So, this year, I decided to revisit it! I rewrote, re-edited, and remastered last year’s special, trimming it down and adding a few touches. I’m so much happier with the result now, and I hope you all enjoy it! I’m sorry again for not delivering a new special this year, but I hope this will suffice for now. Don't forget there's always next year!

I couldn’t agree more with your take on Kevin Afgahni, it really bothers me and I’d like to think that he’ll do great and get better as time passes but he will never be Charles. I really miss Charles as Mario 😢

I have a fun fact for you: The Polybius arcade makes a camero in LOKI series, Season 1. Also, The masked guy may be I think from Squid Game, But it reminds me more of the masked guy from a Michael Jackson music video (Behind The Mask)

Mario Party 5 deserves better! Don’t see the problem with the boards. They were varied, colourful, unique and nostalgic due to their dream themes. Also, great variety of side modes, mini-game modes and character roster. How can you say Mario Party 4 was better? It has everything 4 has but more AND better.

Honestly dude I get that the new voice is hard to get used too. But he did also voice super Mario party jamboree and brothership too and when I heard his voice in brothership he sound’s so much better compared to wonder so I do believe he got the voice just right and I’m sure he won’t sound off anymore.

Chris Pratt was great as Mario. I’ll admit he can’t change his voice as well as a voice actor. BUT, his voice PERFORMANCE is stellar. He does great conveying emotion with just his voice. Don’t confuse the two aspects as just one.

Nice video! And I hear you about Charles Martinet. I don't think I'm over the change either. I was 10 when Mario 64 came out and he's essentially been the only voice of Mario I've known. My own kids (6 and 9) even noticed the difference on Wonder and like Martinet's voice better. And since Martinet voiced not just Mario but so many other Nintendo characters (including my favorite, Wario), it's even more of an adjustment. The new actor will never be Charles, but that's not his fault. :)

It’s an actual crime that you put Mario party 6 behind Mario Party 8 and Super Mario Party lol. I would say all the GameCube Mario parties are better than both of those, you could argue 4 or 5 is worse but mannn.

Dr. Mario world was great. It’s a shame they took it down. They could have left the single player levels up, and just take down the online aspect to it. It was fun, and honestly one of the only mobile games I’ve ever actually cared about.

Mario Kart Tour will forever and always be my favorite Nintendo Mobile game out of all of them.

The reason why Mario 3’s design is like that is because on the nes, the system could only hold 4 colors per sprite, with the fourth one being transparent. Because they could only have 3 colors, and wanted to use the black outline, they made his overalls black. This was changed in the SNES version

Puts super above the gamecube mario partys let that sink in you know super the one with only 4 boards that are all small and simple and a broken economy that turns into who can spam gold pipes more. Gamecube mario party boards were more comlex and not as simple plus you could not just spam genie lamps or flutters to win.

Just found your channel recently. You're funny, creative and have some good editing skills. I don't think Nintendo is a garbage company. Being hyper-protective of your valuable IPs isn't a crime, or even a sin for that matter. Their games have brought my family together around the TV for decades. That said, some of their decisions have been (admittedly) baffling. Keep up the great videos!
