ooooo good luck!!! this makes me really excited for the future, i skated for the first time almost a full year ago and just won my first competition last month <3

this low-key does make me hopeful because I started figure skating at 14 just under 8-9 weeks ago having 30 min sessions once a week and I'm on level 3 now and I'm hoping to do even just small competitions when I get good enough so thank you Mads 💞💞💞

Oh crap, I just realized I do the same thing, especially on Loops… 🫣 I thought I do it on purpose to change edge, do a crossover and exit the jump exit if yk what I mean 😂 But Idk.. I gotta see if I can not do it at all 😂🥲💀 Edit; two days later; nah, it’s fine, I did it consciously and when I decided I didn’t wanna do it like that anymore on whichever jump - no problem ✨

lol! I have done double run throughs before but only with 1:30 second programs, what are your tips for when the programs start to get longer and double run through become harder

Hi fellow aussie! 🇦🇺 Can your next video be about how to start learning figure skating at your nearest rink in australia? like what and how do i sign up? - a coach? class? group? what do we learn and what’s the order of the curriculum or is there tests we have to pass? how do we get boots? and how to know which type of edea boot and blade? what to wear? what other equipment? how to get a program? how and when to start competing? just all the what, who, how? questions! because most of us don’t know how to start and what the process is like! thanks again ⛸️

That’s interesting that your heel rubs and creates a hole.. if it doesn’t bother you, then it’s obviously fine, but maybe consider a different width ? 🤔 try on the pianos in width B, and if you feel like it’s not too tight on the front of your foot - you could consider it and then maybe the holes won’t reappear, just an idea 🤷‍♀️❤️
