wow maddy, you can be so proud of yourself! its truly impressive how you‘ve progressed so much in such a short period of time. you‘ve inspired me to start figure skating 2 years ago and although i’m progressing much slower than you, it‘s so much fun. xx from germany 🥰
you inspire me sooo much!!! you're the living proof that we can achieve anything even if we're older and this motivates me a lot! I started figure skating in February and I've been loving it, I skate 6 to 9h a week because I'm hoping to get as good as you! You've made amazing progress since you started I hope you're proud of yourself! btw, is there something you do to get more flexible? daily stretches? or just skating?
Had to do a triple check when I saw those flags at the start...COCKBURN ICE ARENA! That's my local rink, it is almost crazy seeing someone else from WA around. Keep up the great work!
I really love this video because it shows how MUCH you have to put into it to get good. The falls, the falls, the falls... So many times you think all you know how to do on the ice is fall. And all the way to National champion!!! Very proud of you. Huge congrats. A lot of times I miss my skating - I'm an old lady and sometimes dream of it in my sleep - but if I'm completely honest, your video reminds me why I shouldn't really be missing it any more, LOL. Being a walking bruise at school all week, to the point where my teachers wondered if there was abuse going on at home, LOL. Many thanks for this terrific video and so many congratulations my heart hurts from giving them. You GO girl!!!
Hi! I am wondering if you are planning to do a follow-along off-ice practice video in the future? Your progress is really impressive and I would really love to know more on how you were practicing to make such improvements❤
Your progress is incredible!!! So inspiring to see how far you've come and how hard you've worked 😍💪 Currently trying to restart 1A/2S/2Lo after avoiding them for so long - what do you find helped you most to overcome and achieve your doubles? xx
wow this is so impressive !! your jumps are amazing 🤩 I started skating 5 years ago at 19 but I'm nowhere near your level haha. You can be proud of yourself :)
I started figure skating when I was 7 which is pretty young and through my skating career I had so much admiration for the girls that started late and kept on going they kept me skating to be honest with you (also love ur 2s they were perfect)❤
i’ve been skating for 5 months and up until last month i’ve only been skating one hour a week but now i’m able to skate 2 hours a week. i know that’s really low but it’s all my rink offers. i am actually feeling so terrible about my progress because i’m still in basic 3-4 after so long. it’s embarrassing to practice.
Your progress is always amazing! I dont have a coach and dont know how to fall. I fell on a 3 turn (didn't see it coming so my body reflexes need work. how?) and now have 2 ankle fractures.
This is actually crazy especially for learning as an adult!! It gives inspiration to people to try anything no matter how old.
I just started and I'm 39 =)

Stretch stretch stretch!!! Additionally you can take up ballet to help with poise, strength and flexibility 😊
@@deiadrarose7593 thank you so much
@@cgmll9199 ^But you can do it without ballet to! But maybe it helps, yes

The dude at 5:47 sliding into the wall cracked me up🤣
I was wondering if you could consider doing a video about a double lutz because Im stuggling with that😢😅. And i love watching your videos ❤❤❤
When you do your camel spin, especially the back camel straighten your leg a bit more. Your jumps are good and strong, well done, keep it up 😊
Hello, your blue leotard is very beautiful. Where do you buy?
how do you go from doubles to triples? I cant get past two rotations :((
