I used 2 yards of fabric. No elastic or zipper needed. I did use a coupon so the fabric only ended up being about $20. JoAnn’s always has great coupons you can use.

I have black hair what type of bleach do i use what volume?
I used BW bleach with a 30vol developer, the higher the number of developer the lighter the lift will be. So 10 is the smallest amount of color lift and 40 is the largest. I don’t recommend to use 40 because it can fry your hair pretty fast

Hi Komal! Thanks for watching. I did not measure the exact about that I used but I estimated about 20-30 yrds I think. I purchased the bolt of 50 yrds from The Tulle Shop and used a little bit more than half. I just kept rolling the material as I sewed until I got the desired puffiness to fit my liking. I hope this helps:)
