Hola Jorge. Me ha parecido muy interesante. Aquí en España se hace raro ver una presentación de este tipo con alumnos exponiendo a sus familias en clase.

Jorge is more than just a subject matter expert, he is someone who cares about people and helping them reach new levels in education. I know Jorge is constantly learning and growing in both his personal and professional life, which is a significant part of why he has amassed such breadth and depth of content knowledge and the ability to make that accessible to so many others. It is my opinion that the key deliverable Jorge mentions in the video is really about the empowerment he offers those who work with him. I see Jorge empowering people to become the types of educators they never even realized could be drawn out of them, and THIS is what creates the excitement and energy inside them to bring their best to their students and educational teams. Jorge is an amazing educator and person. One of the most unique qualities he has is while he is really intelligent, he can explain concepts in a way to make it relevant to the individual learner (rather child or adult).

Jorge is a fantastic educator. He taps into the heart and purpose of an educator to transform their minds, eventually causing a growth mindset of educators within his workshops. These educators leave with a sense of transformation to curriculum design that transcends just teaching the content and skills, but instead processing skills that are cross-curricular with interpersonal learning experiences for the educator and his / her students.
