Love it, this is my home team but I've never managed to get disability tickets, so difficult to get to see a match. Havnt been since becoming disabled unfortunately

First part - telling you the lift isn't working and you would have to go round on the road when you return, well that sounded reasonable, and good customer service. After all lifts do break down and do need regular maintenance. BUT THEN. Being told that it has been out if service for a while and won't be fixed for months. Well that took away the illusion of good customer service, there is no reason for it to take months to fix in general. At least you were told though before boarding, to make decision to go or not (small mercies and looking for a positive in a negative) Would like to know why it would take so long? Old and needs replacing? Vandalism so needs replacing? Standard lift repair takes a matter of hours, or maybe a day or two. We have a lift at school, supposedly for selective students with mobility issues, but others students do sneak into lift and abuse, and the longest it has been out of action in the 6 years I have been in the school is 5 days.

Just read further into it and supposedly it needs to go faster than 8mph AND be wider than 0.85 metres AND weigh more than 150kg to be unclassed. Not sure what wheelchairs would be classed as such.

A fair assessment but the path to the river did get a bit boggy last winter, I think it must have been improved since then.

Hate steep train ramps. Sadly it still be a problem even on modern trains. East Midland Rail & Cross Country trains for example, I should be given a mountain climbing medal for getting up those.

Just had 2 great weeks at this hotel and can definitely recommend, we had 6th floor sea view room, great views and sun all afternoon.
