Band “Jolly’s” play joyful pub folk music (English, Irish and Scottish songs and melodies). Since its creation the band travelled to different countries such as Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, China and Thailand. On their performances you can hear songs which are considered as classics of pub folk all over the world and also medieval melodies played with big Scottish bagpipes and drums. J...

Amazing!
Just beautiful and amazing
As a metal guitarist who loves international music, this is so different for me it might come from outer space. And the intervals, scales and amazing singing elevates my soul. It really makes me want to visit Georgia. Thanks brothers! Respect.
you are welcome, bro!
Bless you for singing out loud, and for showing just how much you are so able to do it.

Спасибо, дорогие исполнители, спасибо сердечное❤
This is beautiful ❤
What a wonderful culture, that produces such music!
I do like their polyphonic! Thanks. How do they are called?
A traveling troupe of Georgian dancers and singers in traditional dress performed in my home town of Pasadena, California twenty or so years ago, and when the men started singing in the style heard here in this video, I started tearing up. It's so unadulterated and full and strong and human. Men do not create enough beauty in our culture. Thank you, guys, for sharing yours.
I'm so happy that Georgian (Kartvelian) polyphony gains popularity around the globe.
bravo!
Para lograr los sonidos si la técnica vocal casi sin respiración en esa canción religiosa georgiana ortodoxa es sumamente difícil pero verdaderamente eso ha quedado maravilloso.❤
I came for the Georgian polyphonic singing, but I stayed for the random Irish folk tunes! 😂😜
Absolutely marvelous. Thank you so much!
Héritage culturel inestimable. Merci pour ce partage. Dieu vous garde. ❤ salutations de Belgique 🇧🇪 ❤
I grew up in Ukraine and visited Georgia as a kid with my parents. Beautiful country, beautiful people, warm and friendly.
God bless you.
თქვენ კი გენაცვალეთ ბიჭებო ❤
Their performance is great, but they look like they are being yelled at by an angry teacher.
"The Corsican File" (L'Enquête Corse). Similar music, similar polyphony. Even characters behave like the Georgians. A dude hangs from a tree branch where he was thrown up by the bomb explosion. "Hey, what are you doing there?" -- "It is my land. I am doing wherever I want to do, and whatever I want to do." This is a typical Georgian(Corsican) answer.
😮
Someone in comment wrote that this Georgian song sounds same as Sardinians, and this person right, because Georgians in Georgia ( Caucasus) , Etruscans, Sardinians in Italy (Etruscans, who, along with others also lived on the territory of the kingdom of Kolkhida in the western part of Georgia by the Black Sea), Corsicans in Corsica, Picts in Britain, Spanish Iberians in Spain and other Iberian, Ibero/ Celtic peoples have same ethno, ethnic origin, also, so for centuries and millennia between the ancestors of the Georgians and the Romans, after the Eastern Romans, there were closely mixed ethno-cultural relations, which also accordingly affected the genetic level of the peoples of the Georgians and Italians (connection with this, this is why Georgian surnames often sound like Italian, or Corsican, with the same endings) and this is why all these listed peoples ( together with originality of each of these ethno, ethnic peoples) have similarities, identical in different forms of culture, in folk music, dance, in ancient architectural style and so on. In addition their ancient Georgian / Iberian/ Kolkhian cultures, so to speak, the common ancient European / Iberian culture, Georgians had and have all different other European (beginning from ancient times, influences with ancient Greek civilizations, cultures, with Roman cultures, later with East Roman/Byzantine culture, with Catholic Europe and other European cultures during all historical periods in history of Georgians, Georgia) cultures and their influence. Based on everything I written in my previous comments here, I note once again that Georgians (Also, the ancestors of the Georgians lived not only in the territory of Georgia, but also in other parts of Europe, South-East Europe.) are one of the most ancient European peoples, which is proved by history, life itself, proved at the level of genetics (proved genealogically in different periods of time, including the director of the Zurich Genealogical Center R. Scholz), archeology, cultures, culture and so on. For example, Kingdom of Kolkhida from Western Georgia is also one of the accomplices in the creation of the Mediterranean civilization. Sincerely, Alex. Just in case, I myself am a historian by profession...
This was 8 years ago!!! I NEED MORE!! I love this type of music and y'all did great!!!
Start with Hamlet Gonashvili, he was the best singer Georgia ever had, and in my opinion the world. Had a voice of an angel.

100% wig on the right. Embrace the shine brother.
Georgian polyphonic singing is a mesmerizing musical tradition characterized by intricate harmonies, often performed a cappella by multiple singers. It's renowned for its rich cultural significance and UNESCO recognition as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. The unique vocal techniques and the storytelling within the music make it truly captivating.
Gorgeous people and culture

So awesome, guys. You are making the world a better place
Amazing my soul is dancing !
Caucasian vibes <3
I love this sound so much. Very strange and unique sound.
Perfect!
Sounds like Fijian
Except it cant sound like Fijian. Fijian is Latino based language. Georgian is not based on anything. Also Fijian can sound like it but Georgian wont cause its older.
@@skkoradboy Fijian isn't Latino, it's Austronesian. and there's no connection whatsoever
Reminds me of xiberutar songs (from Zuberoa in the north basque country) . Very nice !!!!
Apparently Georgians and Basques are related in dna too.
The voice..... the first and oldest instrument played by all mankind.
