I think a lot of your tips are good. But the one saying that you have to spend a lot of time there is not necessarily true. If you know that you were looking for particular items say shoes, tank tops something like that. And your thrift store has things categorized by what type of item they are then you know what aisles you need to go down And only go down those aisles. My local thrift stores usually separate things by type of items say blazers from tank tops, etc. And they also like to group everything by color. So this makes it even easier to go through. Because then you know I would never wear a purple sweater so you don’t look through the purple sweaters. You can keep skip that entire section. And just say move on to the beige sweaters or black sweaters that you’re looking for. So if you are new at Thrifting and find it daunting, I think if you look out for thrift stores that are well organized that makes it a whole lot easier to find what you are looking for. Also, if you do research about fabric content that can help too. If you know you are looking for things that are made of wool linen, cotton or silk. Take a good look at those garments in your home. Feel the fabrics in your hand really well and that will help you once you go to the thrift store identifying what is 100% acrylic and what is a natural fiber.This will also help to speed along things. Anyway, hope this helps!😊

Hey there! Couple notes! 1- You need to do petite sizes for your tops/sweaters/ jackets. 2- Your shape would boxy/flowy crop tops (aim to hit at belly button); in clouding jackets. 3- commit to super wide leg pants, every wide leg pant looked amazing- the tops you had are better suited for mid-low rise jeans; that why it felt too incongruous. 3- sneakers and mid high heels are your friends 🤝

Wow, You look great in all of them. But I do notice they all look more casual than the picture. These are all day dresses. Not really formal at all or even cocktail enough by themselves. Amazons pictures are pretty good but it’s always best to see actual people in the dresses haha I love these kind of videos thanks so much

It is sooo cold here! I would love for you to do a comparison of flannel shirts and shackets! I find that so many are itchy on the inside. Some are boxy and a bit short etc. Some are warm and thick some not so much! Pls consider this idea.

Amazon is the worst marketplace for women's clothing. The fit and quality is so bad and inconsistent. Not to mention many of their vendors don't comply with government testing requirements.

All of these dresses are good to customize! I adore to sew my own clothes.

I screwed a pump top to my caster oil from another container to make it easier to get out. I mix mine with a little of the Palmers Face Oil to make it less sticky. I can tell a difference if I run out of either oil. The Palmers oil is great too. I rub the leftovers on my hands and arms after doing my face. I has really lightened sun spots on my arms.

I look forward to my next trip to Anacortes. Looks like a great thrift shore!

I’m an old school thrifter, but have not done it in a while. Loved your authentic video. They got rid of dressing rooms bc of PERVERTS. 2nd reason, rampant theft. A problem even I experienced as a kid b4 predators got enabled by the government. So, now I have other tricks to try on clothes in the aisles (hint: it involves layers). As a female, ANOTHER TIP, very good idea NOT to shop alone or at least have your phone at the ready to video anything too weird. Can you tell I came from a major US city?

Floors are perpetually dirty. It’s good to clean them, but an hour later they’re dirty. Sigh.

I find that white T-shirts are often more see through than other colors are.

As a two person household we use our air fryer probably more than our traditional oven. You can find many recipes online for air fryer versions of things cooked in the oven or stove top. Ive compiled myself a list of the item, time, and temp. Print it out and hang it on the fridge as reference. My three heathy-ish go tos are: any roasted veggies, egg frittata, and tuna patties. Also i bought that little sound machine from your previous video and too it on a trip recently. My husband was impressed by the sound and options (hes very picky about his white noise machines)😊

Castor oil is so messy! I bought a big bottle of it and it seems like it is always running down the sides of the bottle making everything messy no matter how careful I am. I don’t know… not sold on it!

I do use Castor oil almost everyday but I added vitamin E and Almond oil to mine to thin it out. I can see a big difference on the top of my hands (I'm 67) and some improvement on my face....my decollete looks great. Love your honest videos about the items you show....thanks.
