Using your video I was able to install a remote start with keyless entry on my 2001 Tundra! Pretty sweet using a remote to get in instead of a key, and now I can remote start on these cold winter days 😎. Do you happen to have the color of the parking lights wire on hand? Ended up skipping that since I didn’t want to cut into a bunch of wires without having something specific to work for. Thanks for the video!

Hey bro i habe a compustar remote start whit alarm but i never find the trunk relase wire i see the trunk triguer and door triguer wire and lock unlock but i don't see the trunk opening wire can u tell me what color its please

Hey man, my remote starter starts when the key is in ignition otherwise it does not start but just cranks for 3 secs couple of times. The starter is compustar. Any idea?

The price isn’t worth a warranty, you could buy 5 of the competitors and have spent the same amount and still probably get a warranty on all five of the others also. Snap on sucks.

Warranty still typically doesn't justify the price. Snap on runs predatory financing for new mechanics. Never been a fan of that

Look for a Aux 14 battery looks like a lawn and garden battery some where! Lots of vech have them now!

Smaller Stop/start battery in front of the main battery

Hey man, realize this is an old video and not the exact same circumstances but maybe you can help. I’ll be installing the Compustar CM900AS module in my project car. wired the car myself so I’m just trying to map out what goes where before I get started on the install. I’ve never installed an alarm or remote start before so it’s a bit daunting. There are 2 connections I don’t understand. On connector 3, pin 10(pink/black) and pin 11(pink). These are labeled as: Pink/Black = Trigger start(-) input, and Pink = (+) Trigger. Where do I connect these to? From what I’ve read and understood they’d go to a bypass module, but I don’t have an immobilizer. So what do I do with these wires? Your help would be greatly appreciated man. That isn't a 2015 Kia Sorento. I have a 2015 Sorento. Look at the tail lights. That looks like a 2016 or later model

I know you didn’t show it, but for the door lock relay, did you put all that in the door panel? Or did you find the wiring from the door panel in the kick panel? Are those two wires you solder last coming from the door panel?

My cm900 has a Green/White wire for Parking Light (+). It also has ANOTHER Green/White wire for Parking Light (-). My wire diagram: Parking Lights (+) Red/Orange (LF); Orange (RF); Green/Black (LR); Brown/Black (RR) + Dash Fuse Box, black 38 pin plug (D), pins 3, 10; white 38 pin plug (A), pins 14, 24 Parking Lights MUX Blue - 1680 Ohms Headlight-Wiper Switch, black 16 pin plug, pin 14 Am I supposed to connect both Parking Light + and - ? Or just whatever my vehicle offers. Which only seems to be a Negative. Car is 2018 Hyundai Elantra Remote Start is the Compustar 4900s
