تم نے پینل بھی بہت زیادہ لگا دیے ۔۔۔ 10 پینلز سے بھی کام چل سکتا تھا ۔۔۔۔اگر وولٹیج 800 سے کم ہیں تو ۔۔۔ آپ آٹو ٹیوننگ پر لگا دیں ۔۔۔کوئی پرابلم نہیں ہو گی ۔۔

موٹر کا اوور لوڈ چلنا ۔۔ موٹر کا Vfd کی کپیسٹی سے بڑا ہونا ۔۔۔۔ Vfd کا فین یعنی پنکھا خراب ہونا ۔۔۔۔ IGBT کا خراب ہونا ۔۔۔ موٹر کے بیرنگ خراب ہونا ۔۔۔۔ Vfd میں زیادہ دھول مٹی یعنی گردو غبار جم جانا ۔۔۔ یا p2 کی سیٹنگ میں موٹر کا غلط اندراج کرنا ۔۔۔ Vfd کے چلنے اور بند ہونے کا ٹائم یعنی Acceleration اور Deceleration ٹائم بہت کم رکھنا وغیرہ وغیرہ وجوہات ہو سکتی ہیں
بھائی جان vfd 15.18 پر ویلٹنگ کر سکتے ہیں کہ نہیں
ایک دو گھنٹے یعنی عارضی بنیادوں پر کام لے سکتے ہیں ۔۔۔ کیونکہ Vfd صرف inductive load پر اچھا response دیتی ہے ۔۔۔۔آپ نے احتیاط برتنی ہے ویلڈنگ پلانٹ کے Ampere اس Vfd کی requirement سے زیادہ نہ ہوں ۔۔۔اس کے علاوہ pE کی سیٹنگ میں وولٹیج 220 کر دیں ۔۔۔۔ pb : 05 کی سیٹنگ 30 سے 50 تک کریں ۔۔۔۔ Acceleration اور Deceleration ٹائم بھی 1 + 1 کردیں ۔۔۔۔

اگر کسی موٹر کی نیم پلیٹ پر 440 وولٹ 2900 آر پی ایم 50 ہرٹز لکھے ہوئے ہیں اور مطلوبہ آر پی ایم اور پریشر نہیں مل رہا اس صورت میں 60 ہرٹز کر سکتے ہیں
کر کے دیکھ لیں ۔۔۔موٹر زیادہ Heat up ہو نے لگے تو ختم کر دینا ۔اس کے علاوہ ایک نظر RPM کے فارمولہ پر ضرور ڈالنا ۔۔۔کہ فریکوئنسی بڑھانے سے ۔۔۔ کم ہوتے ہیں یا زیادہ ۔۔؟
زاہد بھائی کوئی ایسی سیٹنگ ہے اگر رن کرے تو وی ایف ڈی پاسورڈ کے بغیر نہ چلے ۔تاکہ دوسرے لوگ اسانی سے نہ چلا سکیں ایک ہی بندہ کنٹرول کرے ۔لوکل ریموٹ سیٹنگ میں ۔
ابھی میرے علم میں نہیں ۔۔۔ پتا چلا تو وڈیو بناؤں گا

استاد محترم ۔ یہ VFD موٹر کو سٹارٹ کرنے اور بند کرنے میں کم وقت لیتی ہے لیکن میرے والی VFD زیادہ وقت لیتی ہے۔ اس کی سیٹنگ بتا دیجئے تاکہ موٹر جلدی سٹارٹ اور بند ہو۔

اس طرح ٹائم زیادہ کم کرنے سے ol1 ، ol2, یا ol3 کا فالٹ یا UV .... کا فالٹ بھی دیکھنے کو مل سکتا ہے ۔۔۔ لہزا Acceleration او Deceleration ٹائم 10 سے کم نہ ہو اور 18 سے زیادہ نہ ہو ۔۔

کیا ہم 580 واٹ کے پینل پر بھی یو پی ایس چلا سکتے ہیں کہ نہیں،؟، یہ تو 150 واٹ کی پلیٹیں تھی
بغیر چارج کنٹرولر اور بیٹری کے ۔۔۔ 580 واٹ کے پینل سے چلائیں گے تو اس کی پی سی بی ۔۔یعنی کٹ جل جاۓ گی ۔

جب P0.16 میں ایسی سیٹنگ کرتا ہوں تو EE کا فالٹ اتا ہے ۔ کیا وجہ ہے اور کیسے حل کروں ؟
کنٹرول کارڈ کی ڈیٹا کیبل نکال کر دوبارہ لگائیں ۔۔۔۔ یہ TE یا ITE کا فالٹ ہو سکتا ہے
