Man that digital dial caliper probably lost all chances to ever be calibrated for accuracy again after tossing it in the trunk and popping open beers with it man my dad would kill me if he ever saw me disrespect tools like that cuz he was an engineer and taught Me to respect and care for tools. But it was funny as hell the way he bragged it's for engineering then tossed it in the trunk right after I hope it was a cheap one cuz I would never treat my calibrated tools like that cuz mine cost a fortune 40 years ago and they still work perfect to this day. But I can say the job was done pretty good the only things I would've done is shake the car to ensure the mounts are fully seated and tighten them down to the proper torque specs

dont need to for sure, but it does make for a smoother ride. If the process is 10 mins down and up its worth it to not bounce around as much.

I've been running with tgv and egr deletes. Have you noticed the exhaust smells a lot worse since selecting mainly the egr? Though in my case maybe it smelled worse when I replaced muffler. Hmm
Honestly not really, smells stayed the same. Could definitely be your new muffler breaking in and burning off any debris and oils

I have an 02 ranger and hoping this would fit. Is the sound quality good with a subwoofer? Is this all I would need to replace my radio?
Should fit as well, i didnt have a sub on mine but the sound quality was solid especially when I swapped out the stock speakers
How do you like the ride?
Definitely a bit stiff but not too bad, cranking keys will always roughen up any ride though

@@jp-go7hg No problem! Yeah absolutely, shouldnt have any issues as a daily. Nope no need to regear, I would only do a regear if you are going higher than 33s, thats when you will definitely see the truck start to slow down and struggle to accelerate

@@heinrichheidestein1013 checkout affordable offroad. They have the same style on their site. A bit more expensive but may be an option. Ebay sometimes has it as well.
How did you get the bottom boat off of your shackle?
Breaker bar and ratchet/wrench. Remove top bolt first to drop the shackle and leaf spring so that you have clearance to remove bottom bolt.
How much did you pay for it and does it feel real sturdy?
Was around $3-400 at the time and yes bumper was extremely sturdy!

I have same bumper on my 2011 and I had to reinforce the mounting points and the sides of bumper had to fab brackets because it’ll shake and make Noise so good luck
Should love had a roller toggle, left of the wheel near the headlight switch. That controls the dash backlight brightness.

@@theebckyrdon the dash, left side of your steering wheel, right alongside your headlight switch, should be a small roller switch. That adjusts your dim-ness of the lights.

He’s right about the history taught in school. Love the front bumper. I wanna go the full Monty on the lift, the full 2”. New heavy duty springs, U bolts and I got a 2” block but seeing yours is good here. 2011 here XLT as well. Cool truck man.

@@theebckyrd mine is 03 I had for 8 years now I pay 5,000 it was lifted bad idea they did it's a 5 speed i think it has 348k first motor stop at 309k had one put in last year the motor had 102k miles when I buy it now putting the new lights plug and play cruise control and cargo lights this last me a long time and the 2000 Ford expedition sucks ass not heat front or back there ac evap is leaking it will not pass smog check 🤬🤬🤬 I'm going to fix it I hope to let my truck rest I work nights every day I'm putting too much miles on my truck oh I want to LED in the new light soon and I put flashing brakes light

@@theebckyrd u change your radio in your truck what kind too used because have jvc it sucks volume only at 35 someone told me to go to pioneer stereo it sounds ok but low volume sounds good but go higher it loses it hit
@@TONE3846 I went with a Binize android head unit from Amazon and it sounded pretty great in addition with speaker upgrades. I have a video on it as well.

Most likely will have to do a little bit of trimming depending on the unit you have
