Perfect video, great music, no fluff. Thank you! For the side with the fuel pump, its easy to unbolt and push aside.

Please please help us please
I'm so glad I found your video I'm hoping you can help me and we have a the same tank but it's an 80,000 BTU and he has the vent on top of it going up and angling out towards the side of the tiny home and I noticed that yours goes completely vertical and we always get an e8 error code and we're taking a shower anytime we use the hot water and we only have the max temperature at 113°. Do you have any idea what we're doing wrong???
According to the owner's manual, the E8 code is for exhaust passage blocked. Should check the exhaust pipe first. if not. Second, check your units for propane gas or natural gas.(wrong gas source causing the a large amount of carbon in the heat exchange fin block the fin and the fan speed increase exceeds the upper limit of the speed that create the error code E8

@@AmrikSingh-rw6ew you won't be disappointed..
It worked! Thank you so much.
That's called "shoemaker" work.
You'll regret welding the wheels on when they develop flat spots and won't roll. Then you'll have to grind the welds off and replace the wheels instead of undoing a few nuts and bolts. Welding makes them "unserviceable" You'd have been better off making a dolly that fit the generator so it could be removed and placed on solid ground, otherwise it's going to "walk" when it's operating. Think things out better.
No.. I don't but thank you for commenting 😂😂
Glad to see he's being safe with his welding sandals on!
@@robertspuhler116 😅😅😅 watch very sharply thanks 😊
My motto. Safety 3rd. Lol
@@lynnolson4415 The Safety is primarily no question about. Sometimes I ignore it because the wire welding machine was 110v like a toy and not much spits. It doesn't mean wearing sandals. 😥😥😥 Yes, I should wear regular work boots while welding😉😉 Thanks 👌👌
@jkk040 I'm not judging. I'm no different than you. We are pretty laid back where I work. Safety is optional for the most part. Common sense is not optional. Lol. Great video. I've been contemplating putting wheels on that very same generator myself. Might eventually get around to doing it
Welding the wheels onto the generator frame may be easier, but if a wheel fails, then it's a big problem.
@@sergeantmasson3669 It is but I can replace the wheels easily. 😂😂 Grind off the failed wheels then weld on the new wheels in 10 minutes..😅😅

@@layeetskeeters9244 sounds great.. 👌
Laughing here, because I had the clutch assembly spin right off the saw today after I had taken it off, replaced it and tightened it down. It's easy enough to do, if the unit hasn't fused in place. Mine wouldn't come off until it had a couple of days with penetrating oil. But again - spun itself right off of the saw, and I had it tightened down.
Great video and great music! Thank you good sir!

Can you use 140W or high temp grease?
what was the measurement you got for the hole you drilled through the wall? i can’t figure out measurement to make my hole, and mine is similar to yours. thank you
Please watch my video at 1:45 - 2:11. The installation bracket should be put on the unit before install to the wall then measures between edge from the side and bottom of the unit pipe. After that, install the bracket to the wall and pinpoint where to make a hole on the wall with measurements you already got. That was exactly what I made a hole in.
Changed the capacitor as suggested and it immediately blew.
Very Professional
Just replaced the battery and got the error 5, just took out the capacitor and it measured 200uf, not good, so a new capacitor installed and now on test.
As a follow up, it has fixed the fault, I checked both of my Roomba chargers and the second one was fine with the capacitor measuring 465uf, but I replaced both. The faulty one had a slight bulge in its top.
Absolute effing genius, I got a bulk C battery shipment from Amazon, when I ordered D cell. Thanks to you I am gonna be able to use them!
This is awesome about to try now! Hated this thing until I saw that!

If you value your hand, don't use gloves when using drill press
I had the exact same issue, and I followed the info here and replaced the capacitor, and the issue is fixed. Thanks for the post.
Why don’t you show the set up?
Your using it wrong. You work a mini tiller backwards.
Thanks a lot. Wish I would read this before buying a new battery. And just remark - I measured capacitor after removing it - it was aprox. 110uF. This leads to 3 possible reasons for this problem: 1. designer mistake (usually designer must put twice higher value than required to compensate aging); 2. Capacitor parameters doesn't correspond to marking; 3. Capacitor temperature environment is too high (higher most of the time than normal which is supposed to be 25C). So, when you buy replacement buy the one with temperature grade 105C, not the one for 85C. And if you find higher capacity in same form factor - better use it (of course voltage must be 35V+)
@@stoyansurchev That's really good suggestions. Appreciated.❤️
@@jkk040 In fact, after thinking a little bit more my suggestion for designer mistake must be discarded. On my side problem appear recently (let say 1 month ago) and we have this Romba for aprox. 10 years. And since it appear soon, it means it worked well to at least 150uF, which means triple capacity reserve against aging, which lasted 10 years - good enough by any standard for such an equipment :)
This was a pain to do but i did it. Tipped it like you did but onto a car seat which helped. Deck came off like a champ but was a pain to get back on. PTO clutch nut was a bit but a hammer on a socket wrench took care of it. Engine pulley luckily slid right down belt went on easy but the idler spring fought me but i got it. Then the deck was a pain to get back on but i eventually got it. Had to attach the back j hooks first then use the triangle piece of metal on the front to tighten it up then i needed a ratchet strap to get the belt back on the idler wheel on the deck but i got it and i now have a working mower. I cleaned out the deck all the grass and fluid filmed the deck and greased the blade bearings and everything works.
@@coondogtheman sounds like you had really hard working on the mower. But you did finally...Congrats 👏 👏
