I have been looking for my photos from 2019-2022 on my phone and can not figure out why only a few photos came up but not the other ones from the dates I have mentioned.please if you have any suggestions please let me know.THANK YOU
Thanks for reaching out, tried using a year range such as 2021-2022 in Search in Gallery with android phone and it does indeed return much fewer results. Using Month and Year e.g. November 2022 returned many more results. Also check if phone is automatically backing up/archiving the older pictures to another folder or cloud. is the vacuum able to go back to the docking station and charge if the mops and water tank is installed?
Thanks for your comment, yes it returns to charging station and charges if mopping pad and water tank is installed.
Hi, I have a T9 and unfortunately I was never able to connect it to the app. Use it only without mapping as it does not detect my Network. Do you know how I can solve this problem? I've tried every way.
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that your T9 has never been able to connect to the app. The DEEBOT T9+ pictured in the video connected to the network upon following the set of instructions that came with the machine, basically after downloading the ECOVACS Home app, there is a barcode inside the machine that needs to be scanned, then just follow the app instructions. There is a set of instructions seen on the booklet on how to connect to wifi but dont recall having to use these. Sorry this may or may not help but we can only demonstrate experience with our Deebot in the videos. For product and network related issues you will need to contact the ECOVACS customer care in your location. Goodluck!!

Have you tried using cleaning solution from ecovac in the T9+ ?
Thanks for your comment. It wasn't coming up in the accessories for T9 models in the ECOVACS website shop. The ECOVACS website shows it is applicable for T10 and newer models. Lets hope they make it available for the T9 models as well.

What about distilled water?
Thanks for your comment. The video features the Deebot T9+ model and uses normal tap water which has worked out fine so far. Considering distilled water is purified water thereby should be fine. However, pls. also contact and confirm with ECOVACS customer service at your location. Best wishes!

Thanks for your comment. The Robot Vacuum model featured in the video is DEEBOT T9+. This model can store 3 maps and 1 temporary map. If you have a different model the best to call ECOVACS Customer Care at your location. Goodluck!

This is a helpful video. I am trying to divide a large open space and it keeps telling me “the dividing line is too close to the edge. Please try again. “. I have tried several times with no luck. Can you help?
Thanks, Glad it was helpful! The error occurs when the DEEBOT has sensed a wall nearby. I used to get this error in early days when I had newly bought my DEEBOT T9+ and started to merge & divide. Also the version of the ECOVACS Home app then was not very robust. It also did not do any horizontal divides only vertical ones. The app has improved a lot since then (currently I have V2.4.6 for DEEBOT T9+) and now does horizontal divides. The error also no longer appears. So, would suggest checking that app version is the latest and that the dividing line is not too close to a wall. If the error persists then best to contact ECOVACS Customer Care at your location.
