im so confused my juvenile leo looks just like a juvenile mack snow , same exact but the difference is my leo is a light brown. but it looks just like it ive been trying to figure out the morph for a while

my gecko who ive had for abt 4 months bites everything that touches him, even a literal table tennis ball. this is good for feeding him since he would eat a rock if i put it in tongs, but not good for actully taming him lol ill probably use this video when he stops biting everything

OR what you can do is move the test tube into another container like a 8x4x4 container and make a small opening in the cotton so they can explore. This way, they can have the tight spot inside the test tube AND a place to relax and move around on the outside. You can use a drinking straw to open a small hole for the workers to go in and out but you must keep most of the opening blocked with the cotton to keep the humidity in. Then once there's enough workers (large species 10++ and small species 40++) then you can consider a Formicarium. Also, not all ants hibernate and not at the same temperature. Basically, some of the info in this video should not be generalized, you must do your due diligence and research your ant specifically, watch a lot of videos and read a lot of forums/ articles and whatnot. Even though some ants don't hibernate, some people will try to give them cooler fall/winter months to give them a little break. When unsure, don't.

As a leopard gecko owner, I'll just say you can also feed them american/german cockroaches, super, mealworms, and white mealworms, the white ones just freak me out. You can feed them grasshoppers, and tomato/hornworms too. Just be warned make sure they chew it and it may hurt their throat and are hard to digest. You can also use sand as your substraight. I use sand with calcium and minerals in it just incase the gecko eats it.

I’ve had my little guy for about a year now, and he won’t really let me handle him for more than a minute or two, I think I just need to be more consistent with handling him daily, I only take him out every other day or every two days, right now I’m trying to associate me with his food 😂

Ok lol I've never had a gecko but I have trained dogs for almost 2 decades. That gecko would be more enticed if there were food in your. If you can get them to notice that the food is coming from your hands they may just start to check your hands for food and a long the they become tame and attached to you. Idk just a thought so t tell if I'm wrong and why if I am.
