Synthwave Performance with 5 Juno-106s
500 Subs Special!
This is a live performance video of me playing 5 Juno-106s at once! Some are controlled via MIDI, while others I play live, adjusting faders and knobs for that perfect vibe. The drums are from the iconic Roland TR-707 and were pre-recorded for this session.
Next week, I’ll upload a video breaking down how I made this Synthwave song, so Stay Tuned!
After that, I’ll share another video where I create new sounds with the 5 Junos-for example, using unison mode on all 5.

Haha, it took some serious planning and a bit of patience, but once they’re all synced up, it’s magic! Definitely a fun challenge.

Hey there, thanks for commenting! The 'Juno-106 Junior' is actually a modded Juno-106S. Someone customized it by cutting off the sides with the speakers, tweaking some parts, and rearranging the boards inside to give it this unique look.
@@BellaBell_That's cool! You're playing it like it has aftertouch as well. Did they add that too?
@@Timecop1983 So actually, the Juno 106 has a "Bender LFO Trigger" feature. When you push the bender upwards, it activates the LFO (with the amount controlled by a slider). In this instance, I'm applying it to the DCO to create a vibrato effect.
