Hurricane survival food sabotaged me, plus all the stress. I gained 3 lbs in the last week and a half. 🙈 I'm ready to get back on track...hopefully no more hurricanes this year. 🫠

I have friends there, hope he is ok.

So I’ve been on a health journey for the past 50 days. I’ve been seeing a dietician and she put me on a 1500 calorie restriction. I intermittent fast from 8pm to 10am the next day and I break my fast with a protein shake. Then I eat a small lunch and then dinner when I get home. I’ve been heavily restricting my sugar intake and carbs. Waterloo has been my drinks of choice and I’ve been eating a lot of fish. Every single morning I’ve been walking on the treadmill for 40 minutes, and two days ago I began interval training on the elliptical. I’ve lost 31 lbs so far!

Thank you for sharing your soup recipe!!!! 👏👏👏 haven’t had cabbage in quite some time-- it looks soooooo good!!!!! I think we had a great meeting… our topic was perfect timing for me! Whelp, I went to Golden Corral over the weekend… it was our UHAUL moving weekend, so all that sweating made me extra hungry. I did pretty well for food choices… so I was really expecting to gain at least a pound… but weighed in -0.2 😅 I’ll take it! Also liked the idea of getting two jars 🫙🫙and moving the items like pounds lost from one jar to the next when you shed a pound! Lots of good reminders and take aways this week!

I love the soup ‘ now that fall is coming I’m planning some nice homemade soups with 99% fat free chicken or Turkey as my protein. The points I save on soup I plan to indulge in home made bread to go with the soups, with the left over bread I will make croutons 😀 don’t worry about your rate of weight loss just live and enjoy life! Have a piece of chicken for me while in Nashville ( be sure to track it😂)

Oh! I forgot to share my results… Still trending downward 📉 -2.4 lbs this week! Got my 15 lb charm this week! Next weigh-in 🫣 is gonna be a scary one 🙃 bc we ate out over the weekend a lot more than normal due to being out of town 😫

Dad had a phipp 66 untill 1999 45 plus yrs ..in IL . I saved one of the in ground lifts .it's now in my garage..with the air compressor a saylor - buell.. the lift is a Rotary. Restored and working
