Great, you are welcome. The thing to do is, go to that Guitar Mode and just play along with the metronome for a while. I found a lot of things by just hitting keys and finding out what does what. Also keep in mind where you are on the keyboard. If you change the octave up or down it will also change what the keyboard will play; from strums to notes. 👍🎹👍

@stevecalvert1382 There are a few ways you can do this. You can record everything you do on the Pa5x to an MP3, then, export it. What I do is run my outs to my software. Outs, L & R accompaniments 1 & 2 Drums and 3 & 4 Bass. Check out my playlist "Keyboards Info and Tutorials." I have over 35 videos and most of them are on the Pa5x. @ , it looks like the Ableton 12 Standard from Sweetwater will work on my Mac. I think that will meet my needs to do what iI need to do.

@owenbebjamin4604 You should, but it will depend on the sound or the style. I took the Styles from my Pa1000, created a folder, saved them to a USB drive, then up loaded that folder to the "Korg Disk," and I was able to access those Styles. Note, make sure your USB drive is formatted in the Pa5x first. Sometimes, the Pa5x will not recognize some USB drives. Take Care 👍🎹👍

To answer your questions, when in the "Event Edit" you can only change the select note parameters. But if you tap twice on the parameter the keypad will appear. @colinwhite4439 Watch this video again, and you will see that bringing a Midi file into a player is not hard to do, providing it is a 16-track file. But bringing a Midi file into a Style is very hard. If that Midi file does not have all the information that it needs to create a Style, it will not accept that file. So, it depends on where you are taking that file to. I am using the latestest firmware update, and it seems to be working fine. 👍🎹👍

@moogy77 Great question, I was looking through all my videos, and I show a lot of stuff on the pads and the Matrix, but nothing on how to bring in an MP3. I think you have to create a sound first. @billfriesTPA I know that feeling. We just recovered from the storm, yard was a mess. My Land Rover broke down, and the house had some plumbing issues. Thank goodness I had some help. @edikart4338 I will. But it is really easy. Take your Geno's outputs and run them into the auxiliary ins of the Pa5x. Then go to sample edit touch to record button and you will see rhe REC button, tap on it and you are now recording then at the same time play your Genos. You should be able to capture that sound as a sample then watch my two videos and you'll see how to edit that sample. The first one's tough, but then you'll get the hang of it. Maybe next week I'll take one of my other keyboards and run it into the Pa5x because you are right a lot of people probably want to do this same thing. 👍🎹👍

@TheLastHalf88 You could, but it would be difficult to do while playing. I would suggest you edit one of your variations in the style. Then, with a tap of one button, you would have the mix you want. 👍🎹👍

@richmilici9483 In a way, I am too disappointed. I think they have abandoned the Headrush Pedal Board as they are now focusing in, on the Prime Head Rush Pedal Board with the added vocal section. But for me I still use it. There's no other board out there that makes editing a rig so easy. All the other boards have these annoying menus. Well, take care, my friend. 👍🎸👍

@jango580 I really don't know much about the Casio 5000, so I can't help you there. You're going to have to look at how much storage you have, whether you can bring in samples or not. The reason why the Kronos is so superior to your Casio is because of the processing power and memory, ram access. In some instances, one note could control eight samples depending on the velocity of the strike on the keyboard. That means that the Kronos is able to play eight samples instantly. Whereas a lesser keyboard might only have two or three samples. The Kronos was the flagship keyboard for Korg for a lot of years. I now play a Nautilus, which is its younger brother.

I am glad you did not have much damage, that storm was no joke. We did very well, a lot of tree debris but no serious damage. We did lose power for a few days, but I had the generator going to keep the fridge running and we watched TV on the laptop. I put out a video on us preparing for the storm and hopefully I will put out another video on how we made out through the storm tomorrow. I got the studio back up and running today. So, maybe the end of this week I will have everything back to normal and can get back to work in the studio. If you are ever in Orlando let me know. Maybe we can meet up, of course, when there is no storms coming. Take care my friend.

The Power of Prayer is awesome. The storm came in 40miles to the south. Which meant we did not see hurricane winds. I will do a video later. Once we get our power back. Thanks for your prayers.

@VegaJing-zn1cx You could. But you have to create a keyset with no volume and place it in Upper 1, Upper 2 and Upper 3. If not, you will hear the sound of the Pa5x at the same time you play your VST sounds. And remember, if you turn off Upper 1, Upper 2 and Upper 3, you also turn off the Midi signal. You might also check the other Midi channels and change them so that there is only the Midi signals coming out of the Pa5x that you want. 👍🎹👍

I wouldn't say Horrible, but it is hard to get a great sound going directly into my cameras, even with high end cameras. Sounds great in the studio with my Event Monitors.

@sirleganse8593 I could do that. But here in the studio, I found that running the Headrush PB into a BBE i882 then into my DAW gets me the sounds I need.
