What an amazingly beautiful yet scary place!!! Wow
I didn't know there was so many cool locations to visit and hikes to do in Death Valley. Some really pretty areas there!
Did you do the hot springs in Taos?
I had no clue there are hot springs there! Adding that to my list for the next time I visit.
Sad part of US history. Interesting to hear details of the daily lives in the camps and what they did to try and make the conditions more tolerable!
Very nice video. I bet you slept well after that.
But for real!
Yeeess!!! Need more Skeeters travel videos!!! 🙌
Love the story about your knee vs the cactus! I’ll never pick a fight with a cactus. Loved watching this and learning!
Thank you Jennifer! Can't wait to go kayaking in a few weeks!
I love the 🌵!! I so enjoy living vicariously through you!
Thank you! You won't have to live vicariously when we are paddling vigorously away from alligators in a few weeks.
Wyatt sighting! 🐦⬛
Haha. I had so much fun trying to get him in the frame.
lol! Toast…
The sunset and that moon shot was amazing!! What a great trip!
Can't wait for us to make it to the Everglades! One of the trips i'm looking at is a full moon kayaking tour. That way you can't see the alligators stalking you.
Looks like an amazing hike and great view of that sunset!! I love getting to experience all your outings!!
Thank you! Those sunsets last forever, and there aren't any mosquitos to eat you when you are out there watching the sun go down.
3:30 minute mark.... that view!!! 😍
The whole area is insanely beautiful! I've been looking at places to go in Alabama & Georgia, there are some hidden gems out there that we will need to meet at.
This is so refreshing the summit yeah! Thank You!😊
I was so happy to reach that summit! It was so beautiful, beyond description.
Absolute ripper vid Skeet! Love the history!
Thank you sir!
OK Oscar... time to start booking up your schedule and provide us with your tour guide services!!! Awesome video and very informative. Thanks for sharing!
Haha! Thanks! I'll be calling you soon, I want to find a time to head your way to make a video with you. I think it would be great to do something in the fall when the trees start changing colors.
Cuando a centroamérica por un videíto? 😁
Estaba hablando con Morales, quisiera visitar en diciembre. Pero no se si sera possible este ano. Seguro les visitare en 2025.
Wheelers a great hike did it last month. Your ready to tackle a 14'er in colorado now
I couldn't believe how beautiful hike this was! I just looked up "14'er in Colorado," adding that to my bucket list now!
Thanks for sharing! ❤
Fascinating view into the history there! Very informative :)
Great video especially for those who think that New Mexico isn't pretty. Nothing like standing on that bridge when a tractor-trailer goes over.....serious pucker factor.
HAHA! Ain't that the truth! I noticed that when driving across it, decided I had no need to stand on it. New Mexico is such a gorgeous state with so many hidden gems. I always love my time spent there.
Thanks for the inspiration Skeeter! We really enjoyed your videos and your authenticity. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for the kind words!
Another awesome video!!! Those sand dunes are amazing!! Wow!! Can't wait to check that region out
You'd love out it out there!
I was today years old when I learned how to properly make a PB&J 😳😂
lol. It's actually from an argument I once heard between two friends.
I loved that sunrise you caught. Kudos to you for the biking, not sure I could have done that. This was great to watch!!
You could have done the down hill part!
If you get nervous talking in front of people, get a DJI Osmo camera, strap it onto you and record the entire hiking trail. (Chest, or attach it onto your backpack strap.) When you pause for a break, photos etc. you can use the moments for talking points too. Then if you forget to mention something or come up with more things to talk about, you can do a voice over during a trail time lapse. 😊 P.S. I recommend the DJI cameras as we have 7 GoPros because they would heat up within 30 mins of outdoor activities, so we kept having to cycle them out. After getting a DJI we will never go back to GoPro lol
Fun fact: That's the same bridge Mickey and Mallory Knox got married on in the movie 'Natural Born Killers'
That is fun fact, I had no clue! Thank you for sharing.
Great!!! Man you should travel to Guatemala and I can take you to cook hikes to volcanos etc, is great!! you are doing videos like this. I wish I can do hikes like you. Planing to record those too here in guatemala, cheers man nice to see you.
Yes! Let's do it! I've been wanting to go to Guatemala for a long time now. It would be nice to see you and all my other friends there. I think it would be fun to hike and see the volcanos. I also want to see the famous Quetzal. I need to start practicing saying "calidad" instead of "chivo." When is a good time of year to visit?
@@skeeterstravels3214 for hiking around end of November,Dicember and January. And yes you need yo say calidad 😂, ley me know when do you plan to visit and I get the people together so we can go on a hike.
@@LuisMorales-mi9ey that would be awesome!
You pronounce Tacos like you would say it in Spanish. Lol. The Spanish invaded the area within "New Mexico" and raided Indian Pueblo villages during that time. After several years of wars between the Spanish and the Commanche, the Spanish ended up settling there. Then if I recall, once New Mexico became a U.S. Territory, there was "peace" between the Spanish and Tribes. It's an interesting historical town. =)
The history is fascinating here!
This is why you need video/picture proof, otherwise it didn't happen 😂 Can't wait for the next video!! Great adventure 🙌
It took about 6 months for her lie to stop annoying me! 😆I really wanted to post a comment on her post about it, but I refrained.
I have a pair of tracking poles but I haven't used them yet. I'm gonna take then out next time I go for a trail!!
They are a game changer!
"Yes I'm wearing sandals..." 😂
Super Sweet Skeet !
Thank you Bishop R!
Beautiful landscapes! Thanks Colorado River! 😄
Oh how much I want to visit all these national parks! Western nature is amazing!
Find a way to get out there and do it! I meet a couple from Boston on this trip. The lady was standing at the top of a view point and crying. I thought she was afraid of heights, but she was crying because she has never been able to see so far off into the distance and was overwhelmed by the beauty of it.
I've been to Utah so many times, but never in the southern part.... it looks amazing!!
My gosh, Oscar!! This place looks amazing!!! You are doing an amazing job explaining everything and helping/encouraging others to get out there and explore. I love this format!! Big fan 🙌
The "Arches" section... 😂😂😂
@@RoliHikes-rx2gk Thank you Raul! You need to get out there! So many awesome trails to motorcycle, off road, and hike on!
Awesome!
Thank you my friend!
I don’t think anything is strenuous for you!! The views are amazing!! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Haha. The good thing about the camera is that I get to cut out the parts where I'm completely out of breath.
That reconstruction is really cool!
Fun pin and nice looking drive after a lot of hiking!
Could tell you had fun making this one 😄
Love the clouds and sunsets!
I didn't know about Natural Bridges National Monument. Looked like some great hiking! You lucked out on that camping spot at the end. Beautiful views!
I recently learned that the whole 4-corners area has tons of hidden arches!
@@skeeterstravels3214 Sounds like there are a lot more to explore!
A lot I didn't know about those structures. Very cool! Also funny about the people coming up to you and asking you questions, thinking you were a tour guide 😆
You got some awesome photos of those dunes!
I can see you are starting to shape your own style with shot selection, editing rhythm, and confidence in front of the camera!
Looks like a fun trip!
Antelope pics are my favorite!!
Love this, beautiful scenery! Sandals and tarantulas are not a good combination though!!
Konner I’m all over extra garlic too!
