I think my biggest stumbling block is my aversion to beef. Fish and chicken and shrimp might help keep me on animal foods.

Grew up on a farm and ranch but still have trouble eating beef very often. I think I’ll be eating lots of fish, shrimp, and chicken wings.

I’m giving it a go Neah! I’ve done a lot of extended fasts to fix my gut and autoimmune disease. Pernicious anemia being one. Carnivore is going to be it.👍

Hello from Canary islands. Merry Christmas. As we said in another video....i think your sibo is related to the alcohol and sugar... this kind of bacteria are very very persistent. I had the same issue but with sweet foods: chocolate, ice cream, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc... I think you just have to stick to your diet, don't add new colonies of bacteria from yougurt and dairy. I think you should add into your diet the lamb. I usually do it for breakfast, some lamb chops (with out the bone) amd cut it in pieces...with 2 or 3 scramble or fried eggs. Delicious

I stuck to ham. My animals are carnivore too, so my husband, myself and pups had ham. I did have some ice cream over the holiday season, but working on having the carnivore ice cream to replace that addiction to ice cream. I look forward to joining everyone online soon :)

Great list! Some dehydrated Augason Farms items I added are: whole eggs powder, scrambled eggs, ground beef, chicken breast and powdered cream. Of course you will need a good supply of water to rehydrate/prepare these.

Merry Christmas 🌲I would love to take the train ride from Williams to the Grand Canyon. Spent some time at the Grand Canyon and then stopped off in Williams and browsed through the gift shops. This was on the way back from Albuquerque, NM for my oldest nephew's wedding back in Oct '23 last year.
