Do things that replace those cravings. Appreciate the little things, surround yourself with family, think about getting a pet or if you have one spend time with them, go for a walk everyday, etc it can replace bad habits. It sounds too simple but sometimes the answer you can’t seem to find is right in front of you

Now that I have some experience to bleed some knowledge..... drugs are for people who can't face reality because reality can often be quite discusting and hard to cope with when your a critical thinker making sense of everything
