Last year I made a short film highlighting some of the unsightly areas around Douglas and other parts of the Island, and I thought it might be interesting to revisit those sites and see if there have been any changes. Back in the 1980s I made a video for Isle of Man Railways promoting all the railways on the Island in which I included a short sequence about the Falcon Cliff lift. Although the lift is still there, totally overgrown, it hasn't run for years, so this is now a real piece of archive footage, even if it's only to recall what my hair once looked like.

This short video is a compilation of some of the footage arranged as a tour, starting at Castletown, flying up to the Point of Ayre, and coming down the west coast to the Calf of Man and finishing at the Sugar Loaf Rock.
