1985 marked the introduction of the Super-Liner II, to commemorate the optional E9 V-8 engine now boosted to 500HP, Mack offered the limited-edition Magnum model RW and MH. 186 RWII (Super-Liner II) models in black with Magnum trim were produced. The stripe package, special Magnum branded components and level IV red interior were the standout features of the special edition. The trucks were able to be outfitted with many options to personalize the truck to specific jobs.
