The true genius of Save Me is that it has a sister song called I'm Fine (no MV, sadly). The two are connected not only through an ambigram that says Save Me but read upside-down it says I'm Fine that can be seen in several of their videos (very notably behind V in Fake Love for example), but just about everything else mirrors the other song as well: - The main notes are the same but in reverse (and transcribed to another key) - The order of the rappers is reversed - RM's verse corresponds if read top to bottom in one and bottom to top in the other - The choreography changes progressively from individual to assisting each other ....etc. Together they, in short, describe our inner lives versus what we project outwards. You should watch a live performance of the two back-to-back for the full effect. It's absolutely genius songwriting when put together, pure *chef's kiss* 💜

Guys, just to clarify Jhope saying recently that he went to sleep at 5am before he went to the military is more of a personal thing and not that he was working up to 5am. Many of the members are night owls and because they don't work a job where they have a 9 to 5 they love to stay up late when they don't have any schedules or work to do whoch would require them to wake up early in the morning. Jimin stays up, Jungkook and Yoongi too (honestly i think nearly all of them do that. Like stay up to 1-2am or even 3-5am lol if they feel like it)

The camera work wasn't brilliant but it was better than some of the camera work of award shows

kinda wish yall would actually click and read the highlighted parts since you use genuis. its the worst site to use for bts lyrics in the first place but at least theres some context but yall arent even clicking to read those. in ma city jhope is not just talking about "his area code or whatever" he literally speaks about gwangju uprising where the military dictator KILLED college students under the last martial law before the one in 2024 and its exactly why people pushed so hard to not let it happen again. this stuff is very important to learn about if youre truly interested in bts and lyrics. not seeking it out is just as lazy as never reading lyrics at all. majority of what you think songs mean are probably so surface level and youre telling your friend the same surface level stuff when you dont even know what the songs truly mean. i like your effort but you can do better.

Its not a happy song. Its a song to comfort and remind those contemplating( S Korea has one of the highest youth suicide rates in the world). It tells the story of loving someone so fragile you are immobilised because you dont want to do anything to send them over the edge. The song reminds the sufferer of those they would leave behind. It refutes the lie that loved ones would be better off if they were just gone. The song begs the suffering ones to just stay with us.

I love the songs where you can actually hear how gorgeous their individual voices are.
