Can someone help me? I have had problems with my application when uploading my modules since I only get 11 and not 12 and that is why my application is not correct. I have called tulip many times but they don't help me, they say that everything is fine and they put my application in review but it keeps showing that it is wrong.

Update, now it's only showing my old license that expired. But it's not showing me my new license that I passed the test for.

I renewed last year in January 2023 and was given 04/04/2024 as my expirery date instead of 04/04/2025.I thought renewal is every 2years.What should I do now ? Does it mean I should renew again this year since they sent me notice.
