I KNOW that many are opposed to using imitation lobster or crab legs so if you don’t like it use the real deal by all means, the method is the same. I know there are many that like lobster rolls that are cold, basically lobster salad, but for me, I like the toasted bun, tossed in melted butter warm version. I want to taste the lobster, especially if it’s real at $50 lb, not mixed with mayo or anything else, I’ll save that for shrimp!
Here’s what you need:
1 lb cooked real or imitation lobster
1 stick butter
4 top split hotdog buns, if you can find the ones that are top split with no crust that’s real deal!
2 Scallions or 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
