I've made a meatloaf with a whole pickle in the center (you can use boiled eggs too). Once the meatloaf is done and cooled, slice to reveal the pickle slice (or egg) in the center. My kids loved it...

This looks like a really good recipe, believe the dill and pickle with complement each other, and as I think I heard you say on the twins video, I am going to melt American cheese over them and have like a cheeseburger without the bun.

I cannot stand touching Ground Meat either. I use my Kitchen Aid stand mix. It works great to mix up me Sausage Cheese Balls, Meatloaf, Burgers, Meatballs etc I use Ice Cream scoop for meatball ❤ to the twins

Yum! We have a similar dish in the PH, we steam them wrapped in a foil then fry them once we are ready to eat them, if frozen, it can be stored for 1-2 mos

Yum...put a kitchen towel under your mixing bowl..won't slide. Gloves are great .chicken,beef etc. take them off and no washing the grease off. Yay
