do it. twin charge it. somewhere there is a video of a sick twin charged evo in an Asian country, maybe Taiwan I'm not sure but they used a big throttle body to switch from supercharged to a big turbo with no lag. the throttle body was just used for switching the direction of airflow so the supercharger wouldn't slow down the airflow of the turbo once it spooled up.

Try a smaller pulley for more boost.

I'm curious to know the IAT number. If you use the super charger along with the turbo you're wasting your time. That super charger is gonna come apart no matter what. The turbo by itself will do much more then the super charger with or without the turbo.
