Great question, VAPI has a call concurrency limit of 10 calls. To access higher concurrency limits you need to have an enterprise account.

I am not sure of anyone else building these in js at the moment. I will continue building this on my channel :)

The suggests that before your API key you must add a "Bearer" prefix. Should look like Bearer <your api key>. Does that help :)

@@EDashMan yes I completely agree, and this is the point I was trying to make. Your platforms like Vapi, Sunthflow etc are going to be way more efficient when building a voice agent that’s production ready after a few minor adjustments and logic. In house solutions like this are by nature a much bigger pain in the a** but as a project they can be fun. Thanks for the comment!

There's a lot of tools out there that scrape leads, plenty free ones also. It's also quite easy to build your own using a simple python script.

Definitely possible, would do this through GHL workflows. You'd send SMS's via twilio. As long as you're storing conversations within a DB you can use that information to perform further automation using twilio + GHL

It is a paid feature. Realtime API is being rolled out slowly to paid members.

You can either use online authentication where you will use their cal login or you can retrieve their api key and use that. If they are worried about security, have them create a restricted api key that has the necessary permission to do just what you need…

Thanks for your comment. This can be achieved a few ways, one is to use conditional call forwarding (done through your service provider) where the normal number e.g. office landline or mobile forwards the call to your assistant after x amount of rings or outside business hours. This can also be achieved if your business telephone system is VoIP based, can again forward the call onto the assistant at certain times of the day.

I'm a big believer in learning through action! Start by doing various small automation and work towards larger more complex automation. Then begin tying in voice AI within those automation and you can pretty quickly build your knowledge in this area. I'm by no means the most knowledgeable in the area but I find continued experimentation helps tremendously in learning new tech 🙂
