I want to start this video off with that specific clip about a customer calling us on our 2013 Mazda, CX-5.
The reason I wanted to start there is to show you why sometimes I sound like I really don't like my customers or that I'm a jerk etc. really it comes down to customers like this that don't just ask once or twice or even three times they ask four if not five times for massive price reductions on our already very reasonably priced used cars. So, in this specific case, I may have came off a little dry I was very direct and I wasn't putting up with the nonsense of a lowball offer. Sometimes I think people really need to hear what they don't want to hear.

Supercharging is nearly as expensive as gas, takes long time, isn't convenient. If you can charge at home you save $$ but the savings isn't what you think. Maybe $100 a month if that.

You are correct with the Edge, owner maintained/serviced will NOT show up on CarFax only state inspection/emission tests and REPORTED accidents. CarFax on my new vehicles would be blank and raise suspicions without MY service logs and receipts...I change oil/filter at least 3K or 1 year and with a fleet of six, those changes may occur at less than 1K. Bottom line is to be a great detective when looking at a given preowned vehicle and use your common sense along with gut feeling.👍👍
