I want to start this video off with that specific clip about a customer calling us on our 2013 Mazda, CX-5.
The reason I wanted to start there is to show you why sometimes I sound like I really don't like my customers or that I'm a jerk etc. really it comes down to customers like this that don't just ask once or twice or even three times they ask four if not five times for massive price reductions on our already very reasonably priced used cars. So, in this specific case, I may have came off a little dry I was very direct and I wasn't putting up with the nonsense of a lowball offer. Sometimes I think people really need to hear what they don't want to hear.
