I'm in winter now, it's the 23rd december, got something planned for two days time then might head north to the riverside that has the bait shop and winter there like I had a b41 character did that started in west point before taking the riverboat. I might try the same strategy again and forge that way into brandenberg. I did want to go to irvington, but the north calls. Plus that spicy looking military check point up there too. Just have to see if it's loaded or not.

@ I went to Irvington, found a real nice house by a lake, but I found the place to be a yawn-a-thon, only stayed 3 night and moved on, found a sweet wizards hat in a games shop tho😆😆. I think I’ll have a look at Ekron before making my way up to B-burg.

I was gonna take a trip to the rosewood book store but exploring the new towns first seems way more exciting to me, Ekron community centre was my thought but I’ll see how I go! As for the farm I do plan on building up a nice roofed area back at base which will turn out nicely, would rather have it back home to save the travel but shifting the ram will be a good start for now. Backup plan was electrical 3 but I haven’t had any skill books for it, would’ve been a pointless exercise destroying so the electrical for very little gain

It was the second sheep pen you looked at closest to your base, you got a seed bag from the barn there, and there was slug repellent in the barn, too and you took their water trough. 😮 I was thinking the same thing, when u said, "and there's a baby"! What are they supposed to drink now? 😮

@@snake5135l Yep, the stompers just have to learn the hard way. :D I try to avoid stomps because the shoes degrade very fast.

It's a sandbox setting so it can be turned off which is good but it does cause some frustrations, got stung by the fire station and the gun store in the same couple days and demoralising is an understatement. Great feature though I quite like it, just needs some fine tuning

I just took some basics and moved, left most of my muldraugh stuff at muldraugh. I just did a drive back though, needed skill books. In hindsight, take the books, there's nothing in echo creek. Everything else is plenty found. I haven't tried it yet, you can make a stack of 5 books.

@ Yep it was mainly skill books I took, couldn’t fit much in the sweet, almost mint sheriffs cruiser I found. Still no sledge tho, all my usual spots have turned up nothing.

@@uhtred7860 You wouldn't believe this, I found a survivor zom at the top of the sheep farm at the entrance to echo creek, they had a schematic to forge a sledge hammer head. :D Also try to head on up to that special spot just off to near the gun store north on the dixie highway that I mentioned to vulrhund to go to, apparently is a forge there and maybe some tools. I just shotgun cleared that gun store area, pretty cake really, so might head there next as I really want to see the spot myself.

I get you, mine was more lure everyone out from every door, break every door in the process so nobody catches me off guard, both effective approaches, one just way longer winded, your stealth plan will probably have you clear the place in half the time!

@@Vulrhund Oh yea, I've cleared the eastern side and maybe half the showroom area, seen all I need to see right now and have left it for a while. I instead am pushing up mad dan's way and cleared that other gun store too. About to try out the m16a2 in that special little town up there.
