I love the Allroad Quattro!
$8 million
Stock? 218 hp?
Go to school Relvas ;D
They're made with good quality that's right. But if you want a luxurious one you have to pay a lot of money. If you compare the prizes of the same class, you could get a lot of cheaper cars, I just say Seat Ibiza, Skoda Fabia, Peugeot 206, Ford Fiesta. And they have less km and good equipment too. So I'm sorry, but you're both wrong. VW is good, but expensive ;) I drive Seat because I get more car for my money
OK, for the diesel it's right, I don't know any diesel engine that turns up to 7000 rpm *laughing*
lol hes right. the polo offers good quality especially the engines transmission etc. and they look quite good for this money
thought it was the diesel
No!
Most luxurious and cheap? I'm rolling on floor laughing . . .
I generally prefer old version of cars which have more than 1 generation..but not in this case
Since March I drive the latest Seat Ibiza ST 1.2. On the German autobahns it will go up to a real 180 km/h while going downhill, with rpm to spare. On such fast trips it will average around 10 l/100km, which isn't actually that bad. Trouble is that it will drink 9 l/100km driving around the city! The Polo was a little better, maybe because it was lighter. And you are so right about the TSI engines, they do go drunk at speed! Same trips in an Octavia Kombi 1.4 end up with over 13 l/100km average!
Love is....
not the worst happen and I have to watch that video at the time the car has 5000 km, so it is not been run
Rev it only up to 4500 and you will accelerate faster!
i loved it
sobald man in den dritten schaltet ist es vorbei -.-
it would be expensive for sure!
I dont know is it worste but i know i have it in my polo 6r and so far i didnt experienced anything bad on this car with this engine. If you whanted fast driving than you should get TSI not this one. This engine is for smoth driving not shifting gear at 6k rpm....
I know (knew) 4 cars with this engine: one is still ok (2003 Fabia), a 2002 Ibiza was sold after a 2k € engine repair (really nasty sound and about 20 hp), a 2004 Polo was sold after it went a lot of times to VW and they couldn't fix it (I just know it stalled and couldn't get going again) and a 2003 Polo is still going, but drinks oil - around 3 litres between services! What I know for sure is that none of them had done more than 100k km. Also, google Autobild Dauertest Polo. Impressive record!
A decent engine for starters, this one swallows petrol, doesn't get anywhere and it's not even reliable - from a couple of friends experiences and from Autobild Dauertests there can't be another conclusion. The upsides of this Polo are its body rigidity and looks. It's not a fun car to drive because its controls far too numb, but I reckon a 1.6 TDI Bluemotion guise is an enticing ownership package. Fot this price, I would go Japanese or Italian.
Well lets face it..for somebody who wants to move around town and doing a trip one in a while the engine is the RIGHT one..you can speed up with an older car..but still..why? Great choice from me..you enjoy triping
eh taff
It's not terrible. There are far worse cars on the market. It's actually a pretty nice car, fun to drive in winding roads if you know how to keep it in high RPMs. The steering is very responsive, the chassis is stable even on the most demanding situations, the suspensions are good, it doesn't suffer from severe understeer... It just doesn't accelerate very fast. But if you want a car that does 0-100km/h under 10 seconds, you have to spend much more money than what this one costs.
Nope. I already did over 190km/h on my 2002 Polo 1.2 with 64hp.
I drove this car with this engine... terrible..
No, I can't understand that as well. Second gear reaches 100 km/h, third I didn't even try to max. I can't imagine how bad it's on the road, especially loaded with people and luggage. A city car should have short gear ratios, just like a smart fortwo. Long gear ratios are for torquey, bigger cars. The 107/ C1/ Aygo trio certainly ain't any of that.
Very true, the only thing i don't like about it, is the very long gear ratios for a small car which is marketed for city driving. Do you know why the gears are so long on the KR engine?
I also like that engine, but justice be made: it powers a smaller and lighter car, therefore its performance is so much better. That trio is a gem to drive around town, I reccomend any of them over a Diesel powered car, for that purpose. Fantastic to drive, quieter and, in the long term, more economical: no DPF and cheaper maintenance, due to their simplicity.
I reccomend the Toyota KR 3 cylinder engine which is in the peugeot 107's + C1's. 67 hp, and it sounds good too
Why the worst engine ? Its a good engine for city, 1,2,3 gear ok but 4,5 is bad. I drove this car, and it has good torque for 3 cylinder
@ferrarisarebomb666 that doesn't make sense?
Love the G wagon, but at $232,700 here in Australia, I don't think anyone will be taking it off-road.
looks like batmobile
AMG? More like OMG
Big O!
This is CAR !!! G-Power..
