Hey just wondering if it is still holding up
Yes, it’s held up perfectly!
Great job. Wish it showed the pouring of the concrete footers and the concrete pad.
Ya, those were hired out, so I was at my day job. Thanks tho!
Don't shake when you're pulling it out (giggity). You'll just spread the bastard
How did you get the belt around the rear pull under the fan. I cant remove the fan. It is spinning free.
It’s been awhile, but I think I put the belt on that side first, just went over the fan with extra slack.
That’s pretty sweet!
So I’m digging up the ones in my yard as they pop up but will they just keep coming back if my neighbors don’t get rid of theirs as well?!
well seeds could spread, but the more you pull out the thistle will get weaker and eventually give up then its just minimal upkeep,
You son of a bitch 😏😏😏😏damn you for having my brain so bumbfuckled😂😂😂😂
Giving you a good 2 months before there are less than 10 fingers.
Thanks for the 2 months! it is a hotdog saw, so maybe I get 3 months?
This video, while not my specfic model, was really helpful for understanding the belt layout and stupid tensioner pulleys
Thanks! I'm glad it was helpful!
great work. Now i am inspired to do my gardens like this. Thanks man, for sharing.
Did you film that with a drone??
Nice 😂
think its ok to use pex, should have a rating on the pipe. seen it used in garages and shops. would choose the highest schedule rating. 40+.
Thanks! The research I did was mixed, but said it’s good to about 130psi under normal temps…
😎 awesome, hope that works Just watch for rodents
Oh nice call! Maybe I should get a shop cat! Haha! 👍🏼
@@woodvise I had one that would follow me everywhere
This is great!!
Thank! I hope it was helpful!
As long as you wipe it down after 😂
great work!!!!all by yourself, amazing! what a handy dandy dad .
Thanks! It’s always fun to see projects like these come together!
So helpful!
Nice
So nice
Question, your using 2x6 lumber for the bottom rails but the top rails are 2x4 correct? Then the top cap is screwed into the 2x4's i'm assuming?? Thank you for the great video !!!
That’s right! The 2x4 on its side gives the top cap the stability that it needs without bowing down! Thanks for asking! Let me know if you have any other questions! I’m glad you find the video useful!
Sadly my view of it was obstructed to do to clouds, fucking clouds. At least I got to play the Terraria eclipse theme the entire time.
That sucks I’m just south of the path of totality so I got to see most of the sun blocked out.
Bummer!
Nebraska was north or the path…
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
How far did you space your 4x4s?
I space them between 5-6 ft apart, I didn’t want them to sag between and I also wanted to span 3 posts with the top rail/board. Thanks for asking! Let me know if you have any other questions! 😁
Happy Monday my friend! 😃👋
I hope to see the final result 😁
It’s coming soon! Good to hear from you Vran!
Keren 👍
Lookin’ good!
Now you only need 10 more gallon to finish it
Yep! You’re probably right! I have 5 more, and I’m prepared to buy more if needed. It’s a lot of square feet!
caulk it.. lol , fixes all fuck up.... Well mostly always
Yes! Haha! Great tip!
Sweet Camper!
Good reminder!
Glad you think so!
Cool 😊👌👍🏼
Thanks 😁
@@woodvise no problem 😉
I love those ones!
Sick window trim!
Some day!
Smart move!
Looks great to me!
Lmao save money by spending it, makes sense
It all adds up now!
Super helpful!
Glad you think so!
Hey! Ok I set my posts!! I can’t believe I actually am able to do this thanks to your video! I’m going to buy more wood today and I wanted to double check on the top rail size of wood. Is that a 2x6? I’m so excited to get going! I also got the harbor freight staple thingie too. Thank you for all your help!
Awesome! The very top, I used a 5/4 deck board. Which is 5.5 wide by just over an inch. Treated lumber of course. You could use a 2x6 as well… I just wanted it to overhang both sides of the 4x4 posts. The staple gun is great, but it’s also cheap, it might only last a project or two, but I still think it’s worth it! Keep it up!
Dumbass question?? Why were the trusses on the inside of what you Building
WTF!? that's the only way we did it in my day! I used to do 30 - 40 ft trusses, on 16 ft walls... some of the buildings used 50 + trusses. Me and 2 other guys. Boy... the world has gone soft!!
That’s awesome! I think with rentals so available now, most people just spent the money… for me it wasn’t in the budget… 16ft walls would be tough! Nice work!
Yeah we did 13 with 3 guys. Scaffolding was helpful.
Nice! I have some scaffolding now. But you’re right that would have been helpful before!
Follow the link above for the full video!!
It’s me again… sorry! What size 4x4 post are those? I’ve got all my holes finished. Wish I had an auger lol!
That's so exciting! and sounds like a lot of work! the 4x4 post that I bought were 8ft long. I think I tried to dig down at least 3 feet, leaving the post out of the ground about 4 1/2 to 5 ft. that way I could level a whole side of the fence visually. I hope this helps, if not reach out again! thanks! and good luck!
5’. Easier height for heavy things
Good thought!

I hate the rebate. Is it 1985? Just do a sale.
I do agree with that. But if it’s rebate or nothing, I’ll take a rebate. 😬🤷🏻♂️
@menards when is the next 11% rebate?
