Congratulations! That's exciting! I'm Catholic and while I had to have a hysterectomy at a young age we still have 11 children as seven are adopted. We adopted the last three of them at 42, 43, and 45 . MANY of my friends had babies in their mid and upper forties. One friend had her last two children at 48 and 50! It's amazing what God can do.

I am 43 and will deliver in May, 2025. Just a few months short of being 44! I have a 24, 22, 20, 10 and 8 year old. And this definitely was a surprise pregnancy. And it's twins! It's taken us by a surprise is an understatement. I actually cried for weeks when I found out. I was in such a great place physically, great work environment. And my husband is 10 years older. But then again, there is a reason. It can't just be a coincidence. Blessings to you. Children are wonderful. They bring so much joy.
