In the end, this may be something that can be said for everyone. This music makes you feel that each and every one of us has a role to play in changing this world.
This was album of the year.
What an honor it was to have lived through the 60s and 70s with increasing levels of awareness. Helped me to withstand the ups and downs of the following decades.
Amen
The only reason I forgive Jeff Lynn for stealing everything from George Harrison isn't it a pity (etc) is because it's jeff lynn
Hoy es 10/11/2024 . George , gracias por tu arte .
Wah wah is a Paul McCartney caused headache
Very grateful for George’s contributions! They are offerings that help navigate a difficult world, now more than ever. Thank you.
FU Google!
I was surprised that after the breakup George had so much success his talent was overshadowed by John and Paul it’s so wonderful to hear his music
George lives!!! 🥰😍🤩😘😇
My favorite solo Beatle album(s). George improved Bob Dylan's "If Not for You" and made it his own. And I bet Bob is eternally grateful. But always sad that he lost a very close friend, such as they were.
I prefer to listen to this on vinyl, or on George's channel.
It's very beautiful to see the Eastern teachings taking center stage...I remember listening to My Sweet Lord in the 70s... people seem so put off by it....
El mejor LP. de Harrison. Y de todos los ex-Beatles. Así de fácil.
Grorge Harrison was the most musically talented of the Beatles, in my opinion.
I bought Let it be then All things must then John Lennon Plastic ono band then MC Cartney 1 and Ringo's Beaucoup of blues. The end and the beginning of individual careers. GEORGE'S WAS MY FAVORITE. The quiet Beatles leave me astonished by this album. RIP George
The lord said "See you in court".
My fav Beatle for many reasons. My bother gave me this album for my 13th birthday and it was a wonderful gift. I saw you a few years later at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto with Ravi Shankar and Billy Preston. I had a hot date! And I had lined up overnight with hundreds of people awaiting to buy tix in the morning. It was a fabulous concert. Thanks George.
@My response to my friend 9 months ago. I am so pleased for you, and thrilled that you too have fallen in love this FAMOUS GROUP AND ALL THE MEMORIES GROUP THE BEATLES 👠🩰👢🩳👙🎶🎵🎼📣☎🔌🎹♥🎭🎊🎎🎆🥀🌿🍀THINKING OF YOU AND ALL THE THINGS YOU DO💃💃👯💂♂💂♂💂♂💂♂🤳💅😂🥰😍

When he says "All things must pass". Is he talking about going to the toilet? Just looking at the picture.

Our generation was fortunate in terms of the quality and variety of excellent music and outstanding musicianship. Raise a glass to those thart aree still living, and those who were claimed by old age and hard drugs. I've known peole who ferequented Bill Grahams Fillmore east. Acoustically a marvel, light shows for those wanting some visuals with their musical journey. From the Beatles to the Beach boys (with special thanks to the pioneers of rock and blues, Robert Johnson, Howllin' Wolf, Wilie Dixon, Little Richard, Janes Burton, Holland-Dozier-Hollanf, and many others) to the last great one IMHOP, Tom Petty. How fortunate to have that music playing in the background and the foreground. Best songwriter, the Beates, wonderful music that changed as we matured. Best album, Derek and the Dominoes. Best guitarist, Clapton, when he could and word. Best live band (who I never saw live, but still), The Allman Brotheers.Best band that never received its due, Litte Feat. Best band from '68 to '72 , oh ya, break it out, the Stones. This list is my own opinion. I know everyone has their own. It is so wonderful there is so mant great groups, singer songwriters. You have yours, this is mine.
Never forget these songs the thread of my generation… it was like god himself said let there be Beatles I know your gonna love them and we did .. thank you GOD
he got me this time, finally. I mean, i've been sending on regular basis. But lets do it again a little sooner. Its gotta be done! what does she say? uhmm...don't talk about it. Do it!? something along those lines. I remember what Barrack used to say,, "Don't get man, vote! "
I bought this album when I was fourteen, with earnings from my paper round. I always loved The Beatles; music I grew up with; music of my childhood...the first single I ever bought was Hey Jude. All the memories, and still, all the music...Let It Roll.
It's astounding that Lennon and McCartney turned down the opportunity to include this song on "Let It Be" but kept songs like "Dig It," "Maggie May," and "One After 909."
Kind of a brutal album
Underrated. People can't keep babbling about John who despite all his love-ins was NOT a likable person but George lived what John preached about. Plus his music is better. At least during this period right after the break-up of the Beatles.
paul was replaced by william
And yes, if I were alone on a deserted island this would be the album I would take!
Stuka4)
As a young teenager, George inspired me to pick up the guitar.....that was in 1964....I still play his songs and a few years ago my band decided to throw in some Beatles and George Harrison songs including "My Sweet Lord" ...so I went out and bought an expensive Guild 12 string, just for that number...... and it was worth it!!!
It is one of the top albums of all time, plus it is a triple album purely for your pleasure, get the album now
I think this is REAL music. George is so wonderful. I miss him, but he left so much behind.
this guy was sent to us to help understand the magical spiritual art of music relevant to any situation i remember my mother playing it way back
I met GEORGE HARRISON at the Gramercy Park Hotel on 23rd street and Lexington avenue - My sister Barbara was dating LEON RUSSELL -We stayed at his room one weekend - after the August 1971 - CONCERT FOR BANGLA DESH in NEW YORK CITY - True story -
This is so good I am too late to this great party.
❤ SO many of us make this music our sound track. My generation the "Fab Four" What would be our lot in life without the Fab Four music. OUCH that's scary.
The Magic George Harrison.
George Harrison the best ♓️🕉🍁🥀🍂🌷🙏Hare Krishna 😢😭
the best what?
I'm honest with my statement, this is the first time I heard "Beware of Darkness" and I've been taken to mountains and clouds with its melody.
That's awesome!!
